Two Worlds, Never Apart (female needed, possible mature.)

Due to the following procedees of the war, Earth has been intigrated with technology. Every human has what is now known and called,"A Cyber brain." Scientiests have learned how to fuse man with machine and the ending results are incredable. Humans can connect to anything from anywhere just by using there brains. Half there brain is normal brainmatter tissue, the rest is a cybernetic brain. Some people have replaced there human parts for mechanical ones that look just like the human parts. Some people make the full transformattion to a Android, but then most of the Androids are the major units causing the crimes. They are the ones that nobody wishes to be around.

In this world, you can get anything that you want. If your hurt you can just fix yourself within minutes and looked like nothing ever happened. But todays new rush is a game called ,"Rokr," this game uses the cybernetic brain in the human to connect to a major hub that connects millions of players. Are you ready, be prepared to be sucked into His world.

The sound of thunder woke up, breathing heavily with sweat running down his face, he couldnt help but to wipe his face. He looked at the digital clock beside him and said,"0200," It wasnt the time that he had wished to get up. He intended on sleeping for a few more hours but the storm outside had different plans. As of late its been raining every night for the past week. He touched a lamp and light turned on and glowed softly, luminating the entire room. He slowly got up and out of the bed, after he had gotten up from the bed he brushed his hair so that he could straighten it. Once straightened he looked at his laptop and realised that he has mail. He grabs a cord that is extending from the laptop and plugs it into a hole in the back of his neck and then accesses the e-mail and reads it in a split second.

He was needed, more like wanted in a certain quadrent of Rokr. But before tapping in he wants to check a few things, so he unplugs the cord and turned on a small device and quickly read it. He sat down before the lap top, in the chair. He grabbed the cord again and plugged it into the port in the back of his neck that connects to his cyber brain. Then he starts accessing Rokr by using his cyber brain.

Shortly after gaining access to the program, the world he knew dissapeared and was replaced by a ditigal one that seemed real. To him, this world is better. Anything he wishes to do can be done, however this world has order to some extent. There are quadrents that dont have order, those quadrents are to heavily fortified with bandits. The only way in is if your on good terms with them, or sneaking in. Sneeking in was mostly everyones option, but Shinigami can just walk through the gate. But then again its not like they could stop him. He has been playing this game for over 150 years.

Soon after tapping in, he finds himself falling to the ground but as he nears the ground his decent slows down to a stopthe closer he gets to the ground. Once he touches ground he looks around and said,"The neutral grounds, boring as ever." He then thinks of The Emperial Grounds, and instantly three rings appear at his feet. one rises to his head, another rises to his stomache, the last one stays at his feet. His body dissapears and then reappears on the emperial grounds and he walks to the local tavern looking to talk to someone and hoping that he will meet someone that will tag along with him. After all exploring new grounds is dangerous by yourself.


Going to the taverns is the best place to find someone that will team up and help you, or to find someone that will need help. But then again his weapons that he has are starting to become a little worn down and needs to be replaced soon. He walks into the tavern and a woman comes up to him and in a loud soft voice she says,"Hey Shinigami, the storm woke you up to huh?" Shinigami replies,"yea, that and a bad dream. I think my cyber brain was messing with me." He walks to an empty table and sits in the chair with his back facing the wall. He never liked having his back facing anyone, he likes to stay ontop of things and know his surroundings. The girl sits beside him and keeps talking, but Shinigami ignores her while looking for someone to join him. Also he was hoping that someone would know where he can get some weapons and ammo. Shinigami's pistol has became worn down, ammo nearly depleted, and most of his throwing knives dulled or broken.



((OOC: I know it may seem a little confusing, so I will give you a quick rundown. everyone is a cybernetic human, in the game your character comes into play. But in the game everything is digital. If your still lost, then refer to an anime called dot hack. Im only getting the idea of my RP from the show, however this RP is in no way a fanfiction.))

Kris Stone plugged herself into the game, Rokr, it was something she grew attached to the point where her friends thought there might be something wrong with her. It was an addiction, and hell, she was good at the game, she didn't even care that her friends wanted her to stop playing. She wouldn't. She joined the server and landed in a relatively neutral area, nothing exciting ever happened here, it always made her want to stir up some sort of trouble simply standing there. She sighed, knowing that she couldn't, that she had some stuff to do before hand. Kris's main objective in this game, get rich and get noticed. With her looks, the getting noticed part wasn't that difficult, but the money on the other hand was a bit more tricky.

She transferred her data to another part of the server with a thought and decided hitting a tavern would be a quick way to find someone to help her at the moment. She didn't mind going to places where people were powerful, because she herself could go up against even some of the elite players. With a pistol strapped to either hip and daggers to her calves, she was always prepared for a fight. She always had ammo on hand, or money saved up to buy upgrades on weapons or replacements. It was something she learned to do when she was still new to the game.

Inside the tavern she took her time look around at everyone, a frown set on her pale face and her brows furrowed together. She pulled a hair tie out of her pocket and tied back her long crimson red locks. Before letting out a sigh and deciding to find someone to work with the good ol' fashioned way. "Hey, anyone here looking for a partner?" she called loudly, glaring daggers at anyone who gave her a funny look for her very direct approach to this problem. It was just the way she was, in the game and in real life. A couple guys in the corner laughed at her and she simply glared at them. No one answered her right away so she decided to go sit down. She sat down at a vacant table and let her head hit the wood in front of her as she waited, hoping someone would decide to take on the obnoxious redhead as a gaming partner.

He wanted to burst with laughter, but he held it back. Evidently she hadnt been playing that much or she was just stupid. Everyone knows that you just dont walk in the room and ask for help. But then again he was glad that she did, afterall he needed someone. He told the girl that was talking to him to shut it, and then he left that table and went to the woman that just sat down and banged her head on the wood.

He sat down before her and said,"rumor is you need someone, you wouldnt mind doing dangerious work that could get you killed?" He didnt mean in the real world, he meant in the game. If killed you would respawn in a neutral site and wouldnt have any items or weapons that you had prior, you would have to rebuy them. To some that was a hassel, and to Shinigami it wasnt. He only had a few weapons. BUt before he leaves to go on this mission he needs to get something and do something.

He looked her over and said,"Im going to the 'Shinigami District', its a 0.0 district. Meaning there are no laws there, and there is alot of NPC's there that will give alot of exp for killing them, however they are hard to kill. Not to mention that I need to get something from there." He didnt want to tell her what it was, he didnt want her to have it. Then again its not like she would be able to use it, or know what it was. So he thought hewould keep it to himself and hope that she doesnt ask him about the item that he is going to get.

He could do it alone, but then that would make it harder on him, or would it make it harder on him to haveher with him? Would he have to protect her and protect himself or would she be able to take care of herself and hold her own in battle? Which ever the case maybe, it didnt matter. It would be easier with two or more rather than one.

"If you choose to accept, I will have to pick up something first and I will need you tocome with me. otherwise you cant get into the area without me," he said camly. He looked her over and then calmy said,"by the looks of it you may want to get some better armor thats stronger, with that setup they can kill you in one swipe."

Kris looked up as someone sat beside her, she had seen this guy try not to laugh at her, but, surprisingly, her tactic seemed to have worked, she did end up getting someones attention. She sat up and propped her head on her arm and looked at this guy as he spoke. "You act like I'm a noob, I'm up for anything, I doubt dying will be a probably..."She said with a frown knowing that despite her outgoing overdone attitude she was actually pretty good at this game. She waited until he was done with his explanation on where he needed to go. Though he still acted like she was new to the game.

Kris let out a small laugh and smiled at this guy, "Yeaah, okay, I'm game. I'm fine with what I have now, I've done difficult quests with just this. It may not look like much, but I've had this stuff upgraded so much, I could sell it for more then your life." She explained with a laugh, looking down at the short shorts, army boots and tank top she had on, not an ounce of real heavy armor. "That, and I like using stat boosting rings and accessories, instead of heavy ass armor." She finished, it increased her speed and evasion even if she didn't have a great defense, she could evade enough to not have to worry about serious damage being dealt.

She stood up and stretched, "Well...If we're going to be working together we may as well be on a first name basis. My name is Kris Stone. And yours?" She said putting her hands on her hips and looking down on this guy who would be her gaming partner for the next while.

He imitated her and propped his head on his hand after placing his arm on the table and said,"you look like one." He smiled at her, he was only joking with her but he had meant it. she really looked like a noob.

When she refused to switch armerment he shruged his shoulders while saying,"I guess everyone has there own ways." When she told him about how she could sell it for her life, he said,"maybe not five times over." He was, in a sense, telling her that he is over 500 years old, but ofcourse he didnt wanna straight out tell her.

He smiled and said,"boosting rings, I use a few of those myself, but not many." He raised his main arm and showed the rings that he had on and then lowered his arm and put it in his lap. He was someone who could tank damage and just take it as if it was nothing, not only that he could deal out insane damage, but his downfall was he was a little on the heavy side, the rings made it so he could move fast, have high endurance, and increased damage resistance.

His tactic is not running away, its killing what ever gets in his way and he has became quite good at this. Then again, doing this for 500 years, anyone could be really good at it. He stood up after she did and then said,"My name is Shinigami." He thought to himself,*she is probably trying to figure out why my name and the name of the deminsion that we are going to are the same names.* The names where infact the same, but Shinigami means death god, and he registered in the game as Shinigami way before the Shinigami deminsion was created. It was luck that he had the same name, but everyone seems to think that he is the owner of that deminsion due tohis name, but this didnt bother him at all.

She didn't bother taking offense to the comment on looking like a noob, she knew she wasn't one so why bother let this try and drag her down. She looked down at the few rings he had on then at her own arm, she had two rings per finger and 3 bangles per wrist, along with 2 necklaces, a hair band a two sets of earrings, that were all stat boosters. It made her smile. She could fight quickly but also run if need be, though being out there in the open, even though she was a long range fighter was something she often did, despite how stupid it was, she just got impatient waiting, and found it easiest to just send out a barrage of attacks right off the bat and get a battle done before opponent even has a chance to retaliate.

"Shinigami, eh? Japanese for god of death...anata nihongo o hanashimasu ka? Heh, yoroshiku onegai shimasu, Shinigami-san." She said with a smile, tilting her head to the side slightly, wondering if the guy would understand, he had a Japanese name but he didn't really look like the type to speak it. She was ready to go, but she wanted to find out a bit more about this guy. She laughed a little as she waited for any sort of answer.

OOC: I may have gotten that first sentence wrong in the Japanese. ^^' i didn't know if it was hanasu shimasu or hanashimasu.

He smiled when she knew what it meant, but the following sentence had him. he didnt know what it meant. so his reply was short and sweet,"you have me there, i dont know what that means. Lets go so that i can go ahead and pick up something at a store that i need."
