Age: He’s at least 50,000 years old, but he still has the appearance of a 14 year-old boy.

Gender: Male
Hair Colour and Style: Blonde and Short.
Eye Colour: Blue
Ht. & Wt.: 5’4” 118 lbs.
Identifying Marks: None
Appearance: He has a slender, but toned appearance and a pair of white wings in his original form. When he takes the form of a human, he looks pretty much the same, except his wings aren’t visible and he’s actually wearing clothes. In his original form, he is usually just wearing something that looks like white male undergarments and in both forms, he keeps on the heart-shaped goggles over his forehead.
Background: As the God of Love, Cupid had never been in love before until his mother one day told him to punish a mortal named Psyche because she was jealous of her beauty. Cupid flew down to Earth to carry out his mother’s command, but instead of actually obeying his mother’s command, he fell in love with Psyche instead. He tried to keep the young human woman away from his mother and tried to hide the fact that he had promised to see her again, but of course, since it was impossible to hide much from a goddess, she found out about Cupid’s failure to punish the mortal and decided to occupy her son while she took care of the mortal herself. When the next day came, Cupid was making his way to Psyche to see her again, as promised, when his mother suddenly bounded him to the back of her temple with shackles that were made from her own power before he was able to make it to her. While this happened, Psyche was searching for Cupid and stumbled upon Venus’s temple, to Cupid’s dismay. Wishing to destroy the mortal, Venus--Cupid’s mother--lied and told her that she would have to go through a series of tasks if she wanted to see Cupid again. The young girl agreed to do the dangerous tasks to see Cupid and during the last task, Venus gave her a small box and told her to take it to the underworld in order to put some of Proserpine’s beauty into the box. Before Psyche left to carry out the last task, she warned not to open up the box, but temptation overcame the young girl and she opened the box anyway. Instead of finding beauty though, she found deadly slumber. During this time, Cupid had finally broken free of his mother’s energy shackles and raced off to the underworld to stop Psyche, but he was too late. He found her lifeless on the ground and already knew that it was because the box contained deadly slumber within it. Still, he tried to draw the slumber from her body and put it back in the box, but since his mother’s powers were too strong, it even effected him as well, causing him to drift off into a 20-year slumber. If it was able to effect a god like him, then he knew that it had already killed Psyche since she was just a mere mortal. When he woke up from the deep sleep, he was devastated by his loss and gave Psyche a proper burial before he left Earth. Though, since he was the God of Love, he continued on with his duties and worked extra hard on Valentine’s Day. He likes to see happy endings when it comes to love because he still remembered the anguish he experienced when he had lost in own love and doesn’t want anyone to go through what he did. Despite that he remembered the pain, he doesn’t remember what it was like to be in love since it had all happened over 20,000 years ago, so he heavily criticizes mortal men when they handle their love situations the ‘wrong’ way. He forgot that love was sometimes confusing and that it made you do crazy things that one wouldn‘t normally do.
