Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*

She would have retorted to his comment, even if it did just throw her deeper into trouble, but instead she found herself in excruciating pain. She only had seen him hit a switch, and the next thing she could tell was that she was in blinding white pain. Though she couldn't tell what was the source of the jolting pain, she wasn't able to think properly about it. Only concentrating on what was going on throughout her body. Blackness crept the the edges of her vision, meaning her body had taken on too much of whatever was going on, and it was shutting down on her. She allowed it to come forth, just to escape the pain. She let her world go black, knowing it was a pretty bad idea.

Nero started to let the tank drain faster as he walked towards the heavy glass door. He typed in the keypad and the door swung open, and before she could fall out he caught her. His face was unreadable as he uncermoniously 'placed' on the cold metal table he had kicked her into before. He starpped her arms and legs to the table incase she regained conciousness and decided to run or attack. He took any visible weapon out of her possesion and went back to his computer. He opened yet another file and shuffled through some of the sheets on his desk before nodding and taking a few steps back towards the table. If he didn't hate her as much as he did he might have felt a little guilty, but he really didn't like this little brat and wished he could kill her in a more painful way then Oblivion.

Nami wasn't precisely sure how long she'd been out, because she could feel herself being taken out of the tank he'd trapped her in. Maybe she'd been out a while? She remained the look of unconciousness, which wasn't hard. Since she was still weak from the mind wracking pain, she didn't plan on moving or doing anything for now. She could tell she was still way out of it. Nami barely registered whatever he was doing with her, her mind was too numbed over with pain. It was kinda nice being out of the mako tank anyway, even if she had no clue where she was now.

Nero sighed, "As I promised before, Nami...you WILL live forever in Oblivion. Your soul will be abused and tormented by my darkness for all eternity." He looked at the stone cieling, "Unless of course...this experiment goes as planned...but then...your soul won't belong to you anymore...and you will be just an empty shell of a human..." he looked back down at her and spread his arms apart, "Now...FEEL MY TRUE POWER!" the dark cloud that formed Oblivion rushed from under his feet engulfing Nami... the reapers of nothing, just small black orbs, the souls of other beings whos lives he had stolen, rushed around her, she was no longer in the binds that bound her to the table but there was no way out. The screams of the deceased soulds echoed around the darkness making there way closer to Nami to take her soul away from her...

Nami's body seemed to take in whatever was entering. She could feel it jump from the sudden occurance. She felt as if she was being torn apart as she heard terible screeches. Too many screams emanting from whatever was around her. It made her want to cry out in agony as well. She could feel that she was somewhere unknown again, that Nero wasn't where she was for now. Or maybe he was, and she didn't know, couldn't tell. She just wanted to break free from this...this....torture. This pain. But how? If the screams and cries weren't so horrible, then she would have a small chance to think straight, and not just on the immense pain she was in.

"Don't worry it will be over for you soon enough..." he lowered his arms slightly and took a small step back. He smiled as he thought of what could happen if this worked. He knew his calcualtions had almost no flaw...it was just a shame that he had to kill the other person...but at the moment he couldn't care less. He let out a small sigh as he waited to feel her soul taken away from her. The pure and untter darkness seemed to,if anything, be closing in on Nami, by now a sort of odd light headedness would be taking over as her soul was torn from her being. Even at this stage, being let out would leave her extremely weak and it would ba a mircle if she did survive, even if Nero did stop now.

A loud thud could be heard from upstairs and Nero's eyes opened wide as he looked up at the ceiling. The darkness in front of him moved as if a large wind had blown through the room threatening to blow it away. How was is possible for anyone to make it into his house. Though he was sure it wouldn't matter all the doors were bolted shut and all the booby traps were up and active. From inside the darkness the sound would be faint but there and Nero's voice would be as audible as the terrible cries.

She wasn't sure how long she'd been in there so far. The pain that smothered all thought and feeling other than the unbearable pain. It would destroy her completely if it kept up, she figured through the hazey fog surrounding her mind. The controlled, not fully broken part, that is. She didn't think she could hold out any longer. She'd nearly reached the end of her limit.

Nero didn't like the fact that sound was still coming from upstairs...whoever was there was STILL there and it sounded as if they were determined to find a way to him. Nero tensed slightly this couldn't end well for him...especially if it was one of those Akatsuki members coming to set Nami free...He had to somehow get it so the souls would take hers faster. He could feel her energy being absorbed as her life was ripped from her but what he had been fearing happened as soon as he was almost done. An explosion rang out from behind him as the metal door was blown from its hinges. Something hit him in the back of the head so quickly he was forced out of the state nessicary to form Oblivion and the darm mass faded away, leaving Nami on the table once again, the restraints back where they had been.

Deidara couldn't say he was exactly PLEASED with the fact that he had a fucking needle as long as his hair in his leg, and from what he could tell the thing was covered in poison, of course Sasori had said he could cure it when they got back, but what if it was powerful enough to kill him there!... well it didn't matter he got to blow out a HUGE steel door. Though the reason was rather idiotic. Sasori actually found it nessicary to come over here and find Nami...he was really worried about her...of course Deidara would be worried about Ryota if his son wasn't the clutz he was. Of course if your kids going to a place like THIS you'd have to be a little worried. And when the door was finally blown open he looked in and saw a piece of the metal hit a tall skinny man in the back of the head. A dark cloud that had been in front of his disappeard revealing Nami chained to a table. Deidara's eyes opened wide, what the HELL was going on...

Nami thought it was the end. It felt like it was, which was how near she was to losing against the darkness that was destroying her. But just like that, it stopped. At first, she thought that it was finally done, and she didn't hear the sickening cries of torment and suffering. She found she couldn't open her eyes, but was able to think better than she had been. She just wanted to stay like this for a while, thankful that the screaming was over. She couldn't think outside of the small space she was currently in, but she'd rather be in here than back there.



Sasori tried to rush his partner through the extremely complicated house of traps and what not. All, ingeniously set, where not even he could detect them. After running into a more dangerous trap and having Deidara's leg stuck through with a needle containing a poison that wasn't too harmful, Sasori made sure his big turtle puppet, Hiruko, was able to shield them both. They were on a timer, so to say, and he needed to get to the room before it was too late. He repeated once again to Deidara that the poison was cureable, and he'd heal him once they were out, but he made the blonde hurry all the same.
They came to a large set of doors, where his partner had thought fast and used his explosive clay to blast them open. He saw a cloud of darkness substance surrounding something, and a tall figure with black hair standing close to it. A piece of the metal from the door flew off and hit him in the back of his head, knocking who ever it was to the floor and unconcious. Sasori's eyes widened as he saw the black cloud dissipate, and his daughter revealed, chained to a table. He rushed over to her, removing the chains that bound her to the metal surface, checking her pulse to see if she was alive. He could feel one, though it was faint to begin with, gradually he could feel it speeding up, back to a normal pace. With a twitch of his finger, Hiruko was next to him, the hinge open to show the small, padded compartment.
Setting her in it gently, making sure she was in a secure position and then closing the top. Turning to his partner, he got the big crawling puppet to move along with him. "While we're here, and while he's unconcious, should we take what was originally Nami's mission, Deidara?" They most likely had time to grab what she was supposed to be here for, so she didn't totally fail her mission, and it'd benift the Akatsuki group. But, he'd let his partner decide, since he was the one with the unnaturally large needle in his leg.

Nero hadn't been knocked unconcious for more then twenty seconds and when he finally was lifted from it he closed one eye and listened as the two men, he now recognized as the members of the Akatsuki: Deidara and Sasori, picked up the unconcioud Nami and placed her in the puppet. Nero was tempted to laugh at Sasori's words but why give away the fact that he could hear every word they were saying, at the moment he still had the advantage. His darkness was spread in the four corners of the room and he wouldn't even have to move to have the tendrils of nothing to wrap around the three of them and drain them of any power they may have, then he would be able to learn a bit more about the art of puppetry. He smiled unseenly as one of them, Deidara stepped closer to him. The blonde reached down to lift Nero up but, of course, Nero had been waiting. Quicker then any ninja he was up, and kicked Deidara hard enough to send him sprawling into the desk with his computer on it. He also had his pistol out now and aimed it at Sasori.

Deidara groaned in pain as his back hit the table and he slid to the floor in pain. He looked up and saw the taller man with his gun aimed at his Danna. But at the moment...Deidara was in to much pain to move. That damn desk was metal...he started moving his hand towards the bag of clay around his waist, when a searing pain went through his arm. He winced and looked down at the fresh bullet wound in his arm. He looked back over at Nero who had a second gun drawn and aimed at Deidara.

"What a pleasent surprise...visited by three people who want to kill me in one day..." Nero said his eyes at the moment were on Sasori. He knew Deidara was a threat but the blonde was a bit more predictable, "Would you like to see the same Oblivion your daughter got the chance to see..."

She could hear voices. Nero's, of course, the one voice she couldn't stand to hear. And two other unexpected voices.... one was unmistakeable Ryota's father, Deidara. She could tell because he was pretty loud. And the other....she didn't want to believe it, but it was none other than her father, Sasori. She could hear their conversation, but couldn't make sense of it. All she heard was their voices. Nami longed to be able to move and do whatever, to stand by her dad's side, and do whatever she could.



Sasori gazed at the gun with a look of mild surprise, and he'd admit, that he'd been caught off guard by this person's sudden attack. He didn't have the time to look as his partner was blasted backwards and hit a metal desk. He saw that Deidara couldnt' move, and when he'd tried to reach for his clay to set off another bomb, there was a loud shot and his arm was bleeding.
Amazing. Who ever this was, was extremely skilled, and he hadn't even taken his eyes off of Sasori. He had managed to shoot his partner without even looking to aim. "What a plesent surprise," the person said. "Vistited by three people who want to kill me in one day...." he was still looking at Sasori, with those dark, feral eyes that locked onto him. "Would you like to see the same Oblivion your daughter got the chance to see..." Sasori held back from taking a cautious step away from him. Oblivion? And he had said it was something Nami had 'gotten the chance to see', no doubt it was dangerous. This man was dangerous, powerful, and fearsome. Sasori and Deidara needed to find a way to escape, and quickly.

Nero laughed at Sasori's expression, which seemed to be the only response he got. Reading people...was one of Nero's specialties. He continued to glare at Sasori, but took another shot at Deidara as the blonde started to move again. Hitting him in the other arm. The blonde let out a loud curse and Nero was tempted to snap at him. Nero let out a sigh before he faded into Oblivion. He reappeared seconds later behind Sasori, he held one of the guns to the side of the puppet masters head the other still aimed at his partner, "I'm guessing that you are curious as to what 'Oblivion' might be and i'd be GLAD to show you..."

Deidara clutched his other arm as it was shot. So now he had both his arms shot...in the arterys to be exact and a FUCKING needle through his leg, which he though would be better if he left in because that way there would be less beeding. But now he would be LUCKY if he didn't bleed to death. He sighed angrily and threw his head back trying to think of something to do. His back was killing him...and his arms were in agonizing pain. He could try and get to his feet by why risk getting shot again. No he knew what to do instead. He painfully managed to knock his bag of clay to the ground and fell over, as if he passed out. Putting his mouth near the bag he took some of it into his mouth and started chewing on it....He knew...he would probably kill himself doing this...and he wasn't really sure WHAT would happen to Sasori...but he knew Nero would die...

Some of the words were coming in, like static adjusting at it's own pace. Only a couple words managed to register themselves to her brain. She only got broken bits of conversation, and just by those bits did she know that they'd probably all wind up trapped here, as Nero's testing toys.


Sasori wasn't sure where to look, either at his fallen partner, or the weird man who had just dissapeared. He was about to turn around when he heard the person again, "I'm guessing that you are curious as to what Oblivion might be, and I'd be glad to show you..." Sasori used Hiruko's tail to lash out at him, not exactly aiming for him, but maybe to get some distance between them.

The tail just barely ripped the fabric of his shirt leaving a small mark on the skin. And he jumped backwards...but he didn't need to be right close to him to shoot him in the head. He continued to aim a gun at either partner, well aware of everything that was going on. And when he looked over at Deidara he shot at the back and it skidded across the room. He could hear the blonde curse once but Nero just smiled, he looked back at Sasori, "Well you don't have a choice." The darkness of Oblivion surged around there feet creating the black walls around them as it had the first time, forming the same arena it had when he fought Nami. He had made sure to leave that god forsaken puppet back in the basement when he brought the two men here. Nero smiled and turned again, disappearing and reappearing on one of the rocks the floated above his stadium, "Welcome."

Deidara cursed loudly as his bag of clay was shot to the other side of the room, but he had still managed to get some. He started chewing it and swallowed all he had. He shuddered slightly as the foul tasting stuff went down his throat and the next thing he knew when he looked back up, was that this wasn't wear they had just been, "...what the hell..." he said in a dumbfounded voice looking around mouth open and eyes wide. He had never seen a place as odd as this in his life...He still couldn't get up...and he had to wait a little and find the perfect time to use his clay. He looked to Sasori then up at Nero...what the hell was this guy?

Nami felt as though she'd been locked out of the conversation, because it had grown somewhat quiet. She was curious as to what had happened out there, out of where ever she was secluded in. She did know this though, that it wasn't good. Being here, at Nero's place, nothing good could be happening....


Sasori's eyes widened when the basement around them faded into a whole new kind of...of world. It was like a nothing-ness void, forever going beyond spaces and such. He turned around to see if Deidara and anything else from the basement room had come along as well. He was surprised that Nami in his Hiruko puppet hadn't been sucked intp this place as well. But since it was already known that she'd been here because of this person, so he probably didn't need her in here. Plus, she was kind of unconcious, so that was a factor to consider too. Obviously Hiruko wasn't premitted in this place called Oblivion becasue he was a weapon that would provide some aid. Deidara had been on the ground, and a bag that had been in his hands had been shot away, out of his reach. Now what could they do? Basically weaponless, clueless about thier current where-abouts, or their foe. This would obviously turn out terrible. The outcome looked bleak, no matter which way it was looked at.
