Harp is a website that is made to have people on that will RP on it, justlike Uimates. How ever, HARP has 130 members but only three are active and two are mainly onine all day. the third comes periodically.

HARP needs members that will be active. Please take a look at it, possibly join it, and then start a RP withsomeone thats there.
