The Servant and Princess (Hidenluver)

Revelation got up as she did and nodded as she said they should go back. He mounted Alexia, glad he didn't have to ride the other one...at least now he knew a bit more about how to ride these damn things. He followed right behind them no more then 4 feet behind and when the were back and dismounted he followed Gabriel back up to her room. That had been a very nice outing, his hopes for the furtue, which had been dim, had brightened slightly, would there be more times like this.

His attention snapped to Gabriel as she turned and spoke to him. Brush her hair? He could do that, "I wouldn't mind at all Gabriel..." he said in a content tone. He took a step towards the vanity and waited for his princess to take a seat so he could work on her hair, it would give his hands and mind something to do, and they could talk again. He barely noticed that this was the first order he had been given by Gabriel...

Gabriel enjoyed the day out, and was pleased that it seemed that Revelation enjoyed himself as well. She noticed even her gaurds seeemd a little more relaxed, they all were nervous about thier princess, but maybe just maybe this new boy held the key to helping her come out of the darkness that she had locked herself in.

Gabriel moved to the chair and sat down and lifted her long blonde hair and let it drop on the other side of the chair. "I used to love my hair to be brushed, its been awhile since someone else has done it..." She paused. "I know its long, but it will give us more time to talk..."

Revelation took a brush from the table and dragged it with ease through the long blonde hair the few knots easily taken care of. Holding most it over one arm as he worked on it, it was even slightly calming, "What is it like having two parents...?" he asked in a curious tone, he had only had his mother for 5 years and his father for 7 so he hadn't had a family for very long in his life. He would love to know what it was like to have a really nice family like his princess did. He continued to brush the long blonde hair for his princess as he awaited a response.

Gabriel closed her eyes she had forgotten how good it had felt to have someone brushing her hair. It was so relaxing. He was so gentle that she couldnt help but sigh contently.

As he asked her the questions so thought for a moment "Well, I suppose it was good" She paused she felt bad she knew his story and it was so horrible. "My father was away a lot for battles, defending our land and having mettings" She swallowed "My mother was a very good wife, and mother." She paused again. "I am sorry you didnt have muh time with your family, but I hope in time that you will see at least me as family"

Revelation smiled and nodded at her explanation, and when she said she was sorry for what had happened to him, he couldn't help but frown, "You don't have to be sorry for me...and maybe i could see you as family...later..." he continued to brush her long hair for a while longer.

He put the brush down and started to braid her long hair. He figured it out quickly...Though he still went slowly, it was still calming. He sighed slightly and smiled, his future didn't look dim it looked quiet bright now...and now he wondered what tomorrow would bring him

Gabriel saw his frown in the mirror. She felt for him but it was clear that he didnt want or need her pity. She wished she could make it better for him, but in time she thought things would get better. For them both, maybe in time she could look in the mirror and not see the monster that she had become. And maybe he would warm up to her and see her as more then just the princess that he was set to serve.

He finished braiding her hair and examined it, making sure he didn't do to bad of a job...he thought it perfectly fine and hoped the princess would too. He looked at her with a smile, "I'm done with your hair, Gabriel..." he glanced around the room for a moment, "Is there anything else you would like me to do?" he asked, not quite sure what he was supposed to do right now...there had ro be something else that she could have him do now.

Gabriel smiled "You did a really good job thank you" She turned around in the chair and looked up at him. "What would you like to do? We have a beautiful garden and I can show you around.." She wanted him to feel comfortable and to make this feel like his home. She mainly just needed someone to help her come of her shell and not be so lonely.

He let his smile grow a little more at the thought of being shown through the castle and the garden, "That sounds lovely...I'd love to see the garden..." he said with a short nod looking down at her, his rose hues partially covered by his silver bangs as they so often were. He motioned one hand to the door, "Would you mind leading the way?" he asked in a polite tone.

Gabriel stood and walked to him. "I will be glad to" As she walked out the door her gaurds walked up to her "We be going to the gardens" They nodded and bowed and walked behind them slowly enough to give them privacy but close enough that ifthey were needed they would be there.

Once in the garden Gabriel smiled. At him. "You have free range of the Gardens here, I come here a lot to think or just be alone." There was pond in one corner and every color of flower imaginable. It was a really peace ful area. She smiled andsat down on a bench. "What do you think?"

Revelation followed her through the beautiful building silently. It really wasn't that bad here. At least so far it hadn't been. Then they finally entered the garden and his jaw tighened slightly as he tried to keep from letting it drop at the beautiful displays of colours and smells of the flowers in the large garden. But he relaxed quickly and let a smile wander across his face as he took a seat next to the princess. He looked at her when he asked what he thought, "It is probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen." He said his smile was very warmed, for as long as he could remeber he had always loved the scents, sounds and feels of nature around him and he took in a deep breath of the garden, letting out a relaxed sigh.

Gabriel had to do her half smile at his reaction. "It is very beautiful, my father had it planted when I was born, I was the only girl and he wanted somethng to tell the world how much he loved me" She paused "It was to be private, but I opened it up for the town, beauty like this shouldnt be hidden from the world"

She turned to him and took his hand to a bare patch "This is to be yours, I had my father section it off any seeds you want let me know and I will order them and anyother tools" She smiled. "Like I said Relalation I want you to feel as free as you can, apart from helping me, and waking me from my nightmares." She chewed her bottom lip hopeing that he would have a good reaction

Revelation smiled as she said that it was a token of her fathers love for his only daughter, what an amazing gift this garden would be, and she had decided to share her gift with the entire town. He looked at the spot that she said could be his and smiled nicely, he could honestly never remeber being quiet so pleased...the fact that he was actually a servent here completely slipped his mind as he thought over anything he could do here, he hoped it would be just as beautiful as the rest of the garden. He turned to Gabriel, "Thank you so much...this is amazing...though i will need to think of what it will need to be as beautiful as the rest of the garden here...and I must say...i feel as free here, as a servent, as i ever did when i was actually free..." he said with a smile.

Gabrile noded and smiled at his reaction. The waves of pain that followed her smile nearly knocked her off her feet she stumbled slightly. She was pleased that he liked it, she really wanted him to feel free here, sure he wasnt fully free but he would be feed, taken care of, and would be safe from the harsh streets.

As he spoke she nodded. "You are most welcomed Revelation, you can put what ever you wish, many families grow vegitables or herbs, others grow flowers, what ever you grow will be yours to share, keep or even sell." She smiled half away to keep the pain away, "I am happy that you feel that way Revelation for I really do wish for you to be happy here"
