A rare occurance (RippedNose ONLY)

Sora was basically half out of it by the time he heard Ryota come back in. It had been what? Ten some minutes or something? He didn't know, he was kinda delusional right now. He was on the ground with his forehead against the floor, trying to cool off, but it wasn't working. He was half sleeping, half hardly conscious, so he wasn't sure what to call his state.

After awhile of lying there he was uncomfortable, so Ryota got up to change into some more comfortable clothes, his broken arm making it more difficult than it would normally be. "Mother fucker" he sighed, struggling to get a t-shirt over his head. He pulled on a pair of soft fabric clothes after that, not being as difficult as the other was. He dropped into his bed again and pulled the covers over him, cocooning himself in them before falling asleep.

Through his delusional current state of mind Sora had managed to come up with a few rational thoughts. First of all, he'd need to get checked for STDs or something. He really, really dreaded the thought of coming up positive with something. He also would be humiliated for getting checked in the first place. It would have to be done so it didn't get too bad and turn into something worse, if it could get worse. No, he was thinking ahead and negatively. He shouldn't do this, not yet. He'd get checked as soon as he could.

Ryota slept blissfully dreamless, rolling around in the mass of blankets. Even when he was sleeping like a rock he didn't stay in one spot, which in the end aggrivated his wounds. Not like that woke him up or anything. After a few hours of sleep he woke up, feeling rather refreshed, but his wounds hurt like hell, of course.

Having passed out on the floor for a couple hours, Sora had the feeling that people had ignored his unconscious body and had gone to the bathroom anyway. He shuddered at the thought of Hidan walking in, seeing his body on the floor and going to the bathroom anyway. He wanted to gag as soon as he thought of that. Worst thought to ever come to mind, actually. He pushed himself up, wincing at the pain that flared up in his stiff body. He had to go somewhere else. This place wasn't as appealing anymore, even with the cool tiles. He dragged himself out and looked for another place to go.

Ryota dragged himself up from his bed, ignoring the fact that his clothes were completely messed up, his t-shirt twisted around a bit and his soft pants hanging a bit low on his waist, not that he or anybody else would care. Except maybe Hidan would pretend to care and bug him about it. He headed to the kitchen, hugry again, of course, but there was probably nothing. Maybe he could steal some from somebody. . . but kitchen came first.

Sora found himself walking back to the kitchen which was probably what his delirious body could recall having a cold floor to rest on. He hated this feeling because he usually got less rest than this and could run twice as long, while now he got too much rest and he was still completely exhausted and sore. Walking in he spotted Ryota who looked mildly groggy and had a bed-head. He'd most likely been lazing about and sleeping or something. Sora couldn't really help but notice and examine it, but when he realized he was he pulled his gaze away. Stupid deliriousness was making him see weird things in stupid people. Attractive things in males, that wasn't him.

Ryota opened a cupboard that was about his eye level, not wanting to bend down in his tired state. He would probably fall over and not get back up for awhile. He heard someone else walk in and glanced behind him to see Sora, who he glared at, recalling the fact that he had come so close to killing the bastard. He didn't even notice the look he was given by the other, not too observant in the first place. He looked back to the shelves, moving a few useless things aside with his good arm, holding his broken one against his stomach at a ninety degree angle, ignoring the redhead as much as he could. He didn't want to deal with that in the condition he was in, him being still half asleep being a major handicap.

Sora needed to time the places he went better. He kept running into the stupid blonde or someone else loud and obnoxious. Somewhere Ryota wouldn't go would be preferable. Town was one of them but after what had happened not a chance for a while. Until he was recovered enough at least. In a week or less he'd be out banging some random chicks as one-nighters, see if he could get himself right in the head again. Where else could he go that wasn't too far but where Ryota would be least likely to wander? He could wait until he left to sit and think. He leaned up against the counter wearily for the time being.

Ryota continued to shift through cupboards, moving along the kitchen searching the top ones before moving to the lower ones. He crouched down and pulled two open, peering inside and brushing a few cobwebs aside. It was sad that there were cobwebs there, but he was used to it by now. There was nothing in any of them, except an empty cereal box. He sighed in frustration and moved on, hoping to find something. He was ignoring the fact that Sora was there as best he could, but the simple fact was enough to agrivate him.

"Leave already," Sora panted, the fever draining him of whatever energy he had. "Grab something stale and nasty and leave so I can sit in here in peace." This would probably invoke a fight or something that he wasn't up for, and more than likely Tobi or anyone would come to save him this time.

Ryota turned to look at Sora, giving him a glare. "Why don't you make me?" he asked before he started to laugh, holding his pained ribs. "Oh, right, I forgot, you can't because you got RAPED!" he burst out laughing at that, doubling over abd clutching his ribs harder. Laughing with them in that condition was not a great idea, but couldn't be helped. He turned around while he laughed and starting toroot through the cupboards again. finally coming across some cereal that wasn't too stale, which he planned on eating dry, knowing that the milk was bad even before he opened the fridge.

"I'll make you eventually," Sora muttered, wincing as the word 'raped' was shouted and laughed at. He hoped Ryota got raped sooner or later, than he would know how much it hurt and how traumatizing it could be. "I hope you choke, or get food poisoning from that rotten milk," he said, limping to the other side of the kitchen and leaning his head against the wall. It wasn't as nice as the floor but it would do until Ryota got out.

"And I hope you die a slow and painful death by rape. Now shut up, bitch" Ryota shot back, pronouncing the word 'rape' carefully. He loved that he could get to him with this now. It was more fun that it seemed to some people. He took his cereal and grabbed a spoon, walking out to sit on the couch, settling down beside Kisame and Itachi, the only other people in the room. They both ignored him when he walked in, not that he cared at all.

Sora focused a glare at him as best as he could when the word 'rape' was mentioned again by Ryota. He was doing it on purpose now that he could tell that it got to him. When Ryota left the room finally, Sora slumped against the wall, sliding down and half laying on the ground, half trying to support himself with the thing that was supposed to be his spine. He wasn't functioning well today if he couldn't even sit up right. Walking was a chore and just breathing every time he needed air was downright painful and exhausting. He was a mess and hoped he'd get better sooner than later.

Ryota balanced his cereal on his knees as best he could, not wanting to spill it everywhere, which was likely. He used his unbroken arm to eat with, using his bandaged-up one to steady the bowl. He saw out of the corner of his eye Kisame's hand moving to smack him in the back of the head, which he dodged, not noticing the blue man's knee smack his own to send the old milk and slightly soggy cereal all over him. "ARGH! WHAT THE FUCK!" he exclaimed, holding his arms up. "That is SO nasty!" he shot a glare at the now laughing Kisame, jumping up and dashing to the bathroom, needing a shower now. The milk had seeped through the soft cotton pants and shirt, and since it was old it smelt BAD.

Ignoring the loud cursing coming from the other room, which was always either Ryota or Hidan and on the occasion Revelation and Teioh, Sora had to naturally assume it was Ryota, considering Hidan was out for the day with Kakuzu doing who knew what and where. Doubtfully it was just a mission though. They always took a little longer for some reason. Sora drifted in and out of consciousness, aware of people walking in and out, sometimes nudging him or asking him what was wrong. Too weak to answer he laid still and silent, which they went away eventually. Being sick like this, he always knew the worst of it was the start, then you could feel it gradually go down and find yourself able to do more and more each day. He anticipated the coming down of this more than he did when he had colds.

Ryota stripped off his nasty dirty clothes, that he was planning on burning now, and showering quickly. He got out and grabbed a towel, drying off before looking down at the pile of clothes on the floor. He wasn't going to put those back on. He tied the towel around his waist and opened the door, walking to his room quickly to put on some nice CLEAN clothes. Now he was clean, but still hungry. He sighed and walked back to the kitchen, looking down at the passed out Sora on the floor, and nudging him with his toe. "Hey, you still alive?" he asked, smirking.

Sora winced and his body involuntarily jerked back as he was nudged by Ryota. "Wish I wasn't right now," he mumbled wearily, trying to calm his racing heart down. His body, which was running at two different, conflicting temperatures, was shaking, at the same time over-heating. "I wish you weren't either," he added, showing he still had enough mind to fight back, though weakly.

Ryota snickered as Sora jerked back, putting his foot back on the ground so he didn't lose his balance. "Yeah I wish you weren't too" he said, snickering. The add-on about him being dead too was just pathetic sounding to him, making him laugh harder before moving to the fridge, shaking his head in amusement. He peered into the pathetic stock of food in the fridge, coming up empty. "Damn it! I'm gonna kill that fishstick!" he hissed to himself, glaring at the doorway.

"Go kill the fishstick then," Sora said, too tired to go along with whatever Ryota had going. He hadn't eaten all day but he couldn't say he had an apatite in the beginning. "Hidan did that too, just so you know. You can confront him about it and wind up a sacrifice to his god, Jashin."

Ryota shot a glare at Sora, closing the fridge. "What do I look like I am? Suicidal?" he scoffed before looking up to the cupboards near the ceiling. He could barely reach on top of them, so he figure people might have hidden something up there, out of most people's reach. He ran his hand along the top, his hand bumping into what proved to be a bag of cookies. "JACKPOT!" he yelled, taking them down and walking out of the room to be faced with Hidan, the albino's hand out and his foot tapping impatiently. "Nope, it's mine now, you snooze you lose" he bragged.
"Oi! GIVE THEM THE FUCK BACK! THEY'RE MINE!" the Jashinist yelled, trying to grab them away from the blonde, who held them above his head where the albino couldn't reach before pushing past him out of the room, running down the hallway and locking himself in his room, getting there a moment before the albino slammed into his door.

It was a wonder Ryota could run so fast, still make a racket, and get in fights while injured as he was. Sora didn't doubt he could do something like that or more, but still, he wished he'd be like most sick people and just sit and shut up until they felt better. The excessive sound in the base gave his headache a headache. He groaned as his head pounded along with the door down the hall slamming shut and Ryota and Hidan yelling at each other over stupid cookies.

Ryota just sat down on his bed, ignoring Hidan, and proceeded to rip open the bag of cookies. He hadn't had much troubles with getting away, but if had actually come to a fight he wouldn't have lasted long. His legs were fine, which was all that mattered. He smirked as he heard Hidan curse one last time before leaving. He laughed happily before getting back to the cookies, happy to have won in the end.

Sora wondered if it'd be better to just drown himself in the sink or something. Maybe if he used cold water he'd catch hypothermia, though he doubted that was possible with ordinary tap water and a fever that made him feel alternative temperatures at once. Death by freezing cold water that wasn't actually freezing cold. Now that was a story, however stupid it might have sounded. He was delirious so he had an excuse.
