"The world has plenty of people, that's for sure," Haku responded, shrugging. "I'm not sure why people get so worried over a car crash or something. Sure, the people's lives are gone and now the people are all depressed, but everyone dies eventually. What's one or two less people in the world? I don't understand them." He was sometimes one of those people who worried over that, but Haku being as bad as he was didn't care. He believed he'd spoken about this before and was reciting from memory, so he didn't actually put any emotion to it.

((Haru should slip up so Damon finds out about the two))

"Hmm, yeah. The population can stand to be dragged dwon a bit" Damon agreed. He didn't care much about the people that died in car crashes, or murders, but he was sure he cared a bit more than Haku did. "People need to learn not to freak out over these things. . . they happen all the time, get over it" he rolled his eyes, not exactly liking the way everybody over reacted about everything like that.

((XD yeah, hes already suspicious. thatd be interesting to see what would happen lol))

Haru tried to laugh about it, but it came out cheap and weak. He wasn't much for death and killing and all. The idea just never hit him as amusing. He wasn't sure what to do next, and he wished Haku would just come back out. "So you've wanted this for a while?" he asked, since it shouldn't be out of the ordinary for Haku to ask too. "You seemed to be really for it with Hak - me. No resistance or anything."

Damon's eyebrow raised a bit at the sound of the laugh. He didn't seem too amused, but he was the one that brought it up in the first place. The redhead was confused, not knowing what was up. It went along with his other suspicions. He opened his mouth to answer when he heard the little slip-up. Was he about to refer to himself in third person? This was turning out weird. . . "Umm. . . yeah. . . were you about to speak in third person?" he asked, raising an eyebrow and looking at him suspiciously, wondering what was going on.

Wincing and cursing since this was about the point where even switching to Haku wouldn't completely mend it. He was at a loss of what to say. Simply denying the question would raise suspicion, yet answering it truthfully was out since he probably wouldn't be believed. If he was he'd be looked at crazy and then Haku would get mad at him for scaring off his target. "I....um..." he began, unsure of what to do. "C'mon, help me here, Haku," he murmured to himself. He put his head in his hands, gritting his teeth. "That....that can be explained....if he wants it to..." he said, coming up with nothing better. He'd really messed up this time.

Damon watched him curiously, wondering what he was doing. He looked a bit worried, sort of, and a bit confused, like he didn't know what to say. He raised an eyebrow again when he spoke, his confusion growing. "'He'? He who? What the hell. . ." he said, shifint where he was sitting and wincing slightly, though he didn't pay much attention to that. He was too focused on the male in front of him.

"Haku," he said. "Haku can explain." Haku was the one who put him in these situations, so he should be the one to explain. Of course if he told Haru to do it then Haru had to, but otherwise it was technically Haku's fault for this. He sighed when Haku scolded him for blaming him and also giving away the secret, but now they hadn't a choice. He commanded that Haru told him. With a sigh of reluctance but one knowing there wasn't much of another option to run to, Haru explained. "Okay, so look, I'm Haru, you've been speaking with Haku. Everyone speaks to Haku, and he's the one who seduces everybody," he started, trying to find a better place to either begin or continue. The one he'd used now was kind of a bad place to start. "We are Haku and Haru, sharing the same body but separate minds, as you've been able to tell." Damon could either believe him or not. It was up to him.

Damon's eyebrows raised even farther when he said that Haku could explain. He had no idea what was going on, except that it was extremely strange. He was silent through the explaination, his eyebrows furrowing now. "So. . . it's like MPD or something?" he asked, tilting his head to the side. This was different, and deffinitly not what he had expected. it explained alot thoguh, so he chose to accept it.

"That's what the doctors said too, but nothing happened to make Haku appear, so we don't know," he said, trailing off, thinking about it. He didn't want to classify himself as an MPD kid, and Haku felt more like a different person than just a self-created personality. It would explain why they were opposites and all, but he still refused to call Haku just some figment of his imagination.

"Hmm" Damon thought over it for a moment, not knowing what to say really. He settled with "That's. . . odd, and confusing, to say the least. But it's also kinda awesome" he gave a slight grin. He had a feeling that this wasn't meant to get out, not like he really had anybody to tell, but he wouldn't even if he did. He had a feeling he was one of the few people who knew as well.

"Awesome? Why would that be?" Haru asked, throwing the Haku-act over his shoulder like a piece of wasted paper. Haku was grumbling about something in their mind, not sure how to keep Damon quiet about this now. Even if he agreed to this both of them knew it wouldn't really be the same if Haku, or when Haku, decided to date-slash-victimize other people. "Um, we haven't quite met each other," he said nervously, holding his hand out to shake. "I'm Haru, and Haku's been the one who's been doing a lot of the...ah...stuff with you."

"Well, awesome because it's interesting. Not something you see every day, but I guess it must suck for you sometimes" Damon said, the corner of his mouth lifting in sympathy before falling again. It was going to be a bit awkward though now, he knew that. "Um, yeah, Hi" he said, taking his hand and smiling, his face flushing a bit. Techinically this was someone who had witnessed first hand him going at it twice. Awkward was an understatement, but he kept his reaction down to a blush.

((Gaaaah, I didn't realize I'd put Haku when it should have been Haru! Sorry buddy! I just fixed it!))

"Um, you won't be telling anyone about this, would you?" he asked curiously, though he wasn't sure Damon would still stay with Haku after finding about this. Haku didn't really care since he moved on fast enough to the next person. "If you plan on still staying with Haku or not, we could be friends, if you wanted." Damon was nice, so Haru wouldn't have minded being his friend instead of pretending to be his lover Haku.

((its alright, lol, i saw that and figured ud made a mistake, so i ignored it. must be confusing to have their names so close, but be completely different people XD))

"Nah. I can tell this is the kind of thing that's not supposed to be spread around. I don't gossip" Damon answered, shrugging. It was kind of weird, but cool at the same time. Not such a huge deal. And he deffinitly wasn't the kind of person who would run around says 'Ooh, guess what Haku has!' or whatever. If he even had MPD. He smiled when Haru said they could be friends and he nodded. "Sure, why not?" he said, giving a slight laugh. He wasn't going to just leave Haku for this, he didn't exactly care, though it would be a bit awkward. Unless Haku decided to ditch him because he knew.

Haru could say he was happy enough now, but now it was Haku's turn. Haku took over, something like shoving him away from the controlling part of their body, and putting himself in front of it. He was in control at this time. He wasn't sure how Damon would find a difference in them, except maybe how they spoke with him. His eyes narrowed, examining Damon. Damon didn't seem to mind this at all, so he could still be with him until he got bored. No one had been as observant as him, so he doubted more guys would notice.

Damon was just wondering how he would tell the difference between them easily when Haru's expression changed, his eyes narrowing. He raised an eyebrow, sure that this was Haku now. Just by the way he was looking at him. So maybe this would be easier than he thought? Maybe not, but better than nothing. "Hmm, Haku?" he said the words as a question, just because he was seeing if he was getting this right. Although it may have been insulting to Haru if it was still him and he had been mistakened for his other half by one of the only people who knew about them.

Haku smirked. Damon caught on fast, and he was the only one who could tell when they'd changed as of now. Whenever Haku or Haru changed in front of toys they never noticed, but Damon caught on. He nodded, shrugging. "You notice when we switch, huh? You'd be the first and only to be able to tell."

Damon grinned slightly when Haku smirked, pretty much telling him that he was right before he even spoke. "Really? Nobody else can tell? It was the way you were looking at me that gave it away. . . and the way you speak" he said, wondering how even then few people who knew about it, like his parents, couldn't tell them apart.

"People are too ignorant and focus only on what their eyes see, not what their brain tells them," Haku replied, shrugging. "Ahhh, the world if filled with idiots," he half-sighed, half-groaned. "I don't believe we've ever come across someone observant before. Or at least not as observant as you might be." The doctors didn't really count because they were paid to be observant, but then they really didn't not count.

Damon nodded in agreement, knowing how he felt. Everywhere he went, he was surrounded by morons, a few people being the exception. "People are so syupid these days. They let electronics think for them, and seem smart, but canbe such air-heads" he sighed, rolling his eyes. "Really. . . that's just sad, but not exactly surprising. Not many people care enough." Even if somebody did figure something weird was going on, they wouldn't care enough to figure it out.

"I guess we can't expect them all to think. Not everyone knows how to use their brains correctly. Not like we can make them smarter, or make them think." Oh if only he could make them all think. He wouldn't make them smarter than he needed of course, but smart enough where they wouldn't be so unbearably stupid. If only if only, but whatever.

"Hn. It's really pathetic how little people use their brains these days" Damon agreed, leaning his head against a pole of the structure they were sitting on. He would have said that most people only used their brains for sex and violence, but it might have been taken a bit offensively, even though Haku and Haru used their brain/brains for other things. He stiffled a yawn, feeling the strain on his body after the day, his eyelids drooping slightly and his bangs covering one eye.
