Magnus laughed, shaking his head. "If I plan it out, it doesn't work as well. It always looks better if you do it as you come up with it. Being spontanious" he was good at that. Being spontanious was one of his many talents. And many people loved him for it. Not that he had a big head or anything. "You have to test, match your outfit to it, pick the colours, decide weather it has the right impression, weather it says what you were looking for, portrays your mood, etc. Makeup is more than just sticking something on your face you know" he teased, running his fingers through Alec's soft black hair. The day he actually got Alec to wear any kind of makeup, he would make a new holiday.

"Something that I, of course wouldn't know," Alec commented, and everyone could tell he wouldn't know it by looking at him. And his holey sweaters. The fact that he never touched his hair was something too. "I guess there's a point to that, if you want to look good." Alec wasn't aiming for that. He never was. He eventually came up with the idea that if people didn't accept someone for what they originally look like then they aren't worth dealing with. Magnus accepted him for him being him, and pretty much staying neutral. Alec accepted Magnus for whatever he wanted to be. Magnus was everything at once. His make up and fashion sense made him Magnus.

Magnus laughed, shaking his head. "You have noo idea. It's adorable. And I love you for it" he informed him, just in case Alec hadn't noticed. Or heard him the billion times he'd told him. Even when Alec was in denial. He loved the way Alec could look drop-dead sexy without even trying. He was sure that his Shadowhunter was the only one who could walk out of a house in a holey sweater and black jeans and manage to look so gorgeous. Now that he was done getting ready, he could spend the rest of his time with Alec before he had to leave. It would be the best thing to do before he had to leave for two months.

"Oh, okay," he said to him being adorable by having no idea. Isabelle would consider that something along the lines of stupid, or perhaps boring. "I love you too." Even though he loved him for reasons that didn't involve fashion. Magnus loved him for everything and same with Alec. "What do you wanna do now?" he asked, finding the routine of Magnus tiring. He'd be half asleep by the time he'd finished something like that. And Isabelle and Magnus did that every single day. Nearly every day. Alec enjoyed figuring out things about Magnus all the time, even watching him with his make up or picking out clothes was fun. Magnus didn't even have to try to entertain him.

Magnus grinned, simply from hearing the words come out of Alec's mouth. It was always the best thing to hear. "Hmm, well for a start we could get out of my bathroom" he suggested, standing up. He got himself another coffee, fresh and hot, and licked some whipped cream of the top like he had before. "More coffee?" he offered, unsure if Alec wanted more or not. He was looking foreward to curling up with Alec on his oversized, extremely comfortable bed. Even after fixing the matress they had slept on during the night, it was still horrid compared to his. Mainly size-wise.

Alec followed Magnus out, agreeing to more coffee. He was pretty awake at this point, but coffee was always nice to warm him up. Being in Magnus' apartment and being near him, in his presence was warm, but he was always cold. He could never not be completely cold somewhere in his body. Magnus definitely helps, as did coffee, but something felt cold in some way. During their activities Alec could forget that, and he could feel as if he were warm all over. He liked that feeling, and he was sure Magnus got to feel it all the time. While they were together, Magnus was sharing that sensation of completely, overwhelming warmth. Alec didn't know what he'd do if he wasn't in love with this warlock. Life would be less than what it was now.

Magnus handed another coffee off to Alec, drinking more on his, half closing his eyes as he took a sip. There was nothing like having a nice shower, looking fabulous, and drinking coffee with the man he loved. He kicked his boots off and crawled onto his bed, sitting on his side but near the middle, with his back against the large window behind him. Wel, the brightly-coloured curtains that blocked out the early-morning sun, but still. It was comfortable. "I'm going to miss all this. I'm sure I can spice up my room a bit in Alicante, but there's no place like home" he sighed, glancing around his messy room.

"Yeah," Alec agreed, once having been torn between what home he liked better, where he felt better at. He sat next to Magnus, coffee in hand, an occasional sip, and he rested against him. "You're probably going to take as much as you can fit in whatever room they give you, huh?" Alec wondered how much stuff he'd see coming and going for the first bit. He was used to it, and he'd just have to watch what he touched in case Magnus decided at that exact moment he needed whatever Alec had in his hand, or was sitting on.

Magnus grinned at the question. "Oh yeah. That's gonna be more colour packed into one room than there is in the entire city. My only problem with this is, how do I get it all back without forgetting something?" he was more musing out loud, thinking about poofing it all back, but it would all end up in disarray in his house. Not that he minded, but he did need some places to walk. He slipped an arm around Alec comfortable with the way they were sitting. He sipped at his coffee, smiling slightly to himself. There was only one better way he could think of to spend his last hours at home with Alec, but that was off limits for now.

"Send it all back one at a time?" Alec suggested, imagining Magnus standing in the room and poofing each thing he saw one by one. Alec would have to be sure he had a helmet on that day. And maybe he'd hide in the closet... It might be safe there, but he'd still wear a helmet just in case. Pots would be equivalent to a hard hat, wouldn't they? Alec wasn't afraid of raining clothes. He was afraid of raining make up, or more glitter. He came home with enough glitter sometimes, and Isabelle would ask for some. It was truly amazing that Alec could have so much glitter on him when he'd never even looked at the stuff until he met Magnus.

"That would take forever and a day. Who knows what kind of things I'll want while I'm there? I might even accidentally poof you there in my sleep" Magnus shrugged, teasing. He wasn't sure it was even possible to conjure a living thing without killing it. But you never know. Alec was one person he didn't want to try on. Maybe he would try on Valentine or Sebastian, one day when he had time. But that might also be disastrous, if they lived through it and were set loose wherever he was. "That would be a bit hard to explain to the Clave. Why Alexander Lightwood suddenly showed up in my bedroom, pregnant"

"Magic?" Alec used as a answer. "If you had a little patience you could spend time. If you forget something there you'd have to blame yourself for not having the patience to make sure it all got back here." Magnus never settled for just bringing the essential. He had to bring everything in between not needed and possibly needed, so basically luxury items. Maybe he could just replace whatever he left there. "I'm sure the Clave would contact you if you forgot something there."

Magnus laughed. "What an answer for a warlock to use. Bet they havn't heard that one before. But I bet they really havn't heard it as an excuse for that" he wasn't sure the Clave would be amused if Alec showed up in his bedroom in the night in any condition, let alone the one he was in now. "They probably would. Because they probably wouldn't want to touch it. They might get sparkle disease. I've already got you with that one" he snickered, taking a swig of coffee. Alec's skin seemed to have almost as much glitter has his did some days. He liked it.

Alec sipped at his coffee. He looked down at his skin which had the lightest dusting of glitter, as if he'd done that on purpose. But no, spending as much time as he did with Magnus, he got it on him and just gave up always trying to get it off. Glitter never came off with just a brushing. His bed was covered in it from the warlock sleeping there and Alec coming home with it and laying down. "Your fault," he said, "glitter disease is contagious with just a simple touch." They did a little more than a simple touch, but it was the same concept, really. Isabelle never shed as much glitter as Magnus did, Alec could recall.

Magnus grinned and licked at a few specks of glitter on Alec's neck, choosing his target for many obvious reasons. "Yes, yes it is. But I know you secretly love going home covered in my glitter" Especially if he didn't purposely put it on him. He decided not to add that onto the end. He was slightly lacking glitter today, the only on him purposely, the bit in his hair. He was going to have to add some before he left. He took another sip of his coffee, frowning at the fact that it was almost empty. He really did down those fast. He drank it like water sometimes.

Alec took his time with his coffee, noticing Magnus having practically chugged it. Well, not literally, but it had disappeared as fast as chugging it, in Alec's opinion. Probably because his had more flavor. To Alec, coffee was coffee, just something to wake him up and put him in a semi decent mood. Alec shivered lightly with Magnus licking his neck. Was he trying to start something before he left? Alec didn't think so, or if he was, Alec was going to hold back on this so Magnus didn't have to go through the whole procedure of getting ready again, in a rush. "Yeah, of course I do. All of my sweaters look so nice covered in glitter, faded, holed." Glitter didn't improve them much.
