A rare occurance (RippedNose ONLY)

"Yeah, you're right. We discussed this earlier and came to a mutual agreement; you are in fact a tranny, or possible hermy," Sora insisted as best as he could. Apparently even in pain like this he could still be sarcastic. Or maybe it was just because Ryota was around. Maybe Ryota brought out that sarcastic strength in him, just to be able to throw back insults.

Ryota raised an eyebrow, attempting to cross his arms, grimacing in the attempt. "Hmph, well I don't remember this agreement. No get up or I'll make you get up" he threatened, even though it made no sense. He wasn't looking forewards to trying to get up. He could barely move, and if he even managed to get halfway up who knew what would happen?

"You don't remember because you have a very short attention span and the memory span of a mouse. You've got the brain of one, too," Sora shot at him. "Now I'd like to see you make me get up, or just plainly shut up and do it yourself. I think I like the second one, but the first one ought to be funnier. Come on. Let's see some movement from you, tranny."

"I've got a higher IQ level than you I bet!" Ryta argued, even though he knew how false and unbeleivable that was. "I can move so easily it's not even funny" he moved his arm out and flipped Sora off, trying not to show the struggles he had with it. He stuck his leg out, stretching to kick Sora in the ribs, even though there was barely any force behind it. "There, I moved, now get up or I'll hit you harder until you get up" he threatened.

Even getting nudged in the ribs as he had had basically hurt like getting a full on kick from a steel toed boot. Or something close. That sounded slightly a bit extreme, but the feeling came close. Okay, so now to try and move something. His arms? He could drag himself over. His arms may be the only thing he could try using right now. With a lot of struggling and biting back a groan or two, he managed to get himself on his stomach, and then tried crawling closer to Ryota. He did get some movement in. Not that much, but still moved. He smacked Ryota's foot since he was close enough. "There. I did way more movement then you did. Top that."

Ryota glared at Sora, finding small satisfaction that he was having trouble even crawling towards him. When the redhead hit his foot he winced, but it didn't hurt took much, seeing as there were no wounds there. "Hmph. I can top you in anything" he declared, struggling to use the wall to help him sit up. "There. I think I win, unless you can get up" he smirked, crossing his arms and wincing.

"Yeah, sure I can," Sora said, panting from the exerting effort of having pulled himself over to Ryota. "I mean, obviously if you can do it, then I can do it way better. I can top you in anything." He struggled to a sitting position, even though he felt like dying would nearly be more preferable then trying this. His entire body screamed in the pain. He was in a slumped position, but it was still technically sitting. "There," he said, his chest heaving for breath. "I sat up without using the wall."

Ryota sighed inwardly as Sora managed to sit up as well. "Hmph, I was using the wall so I didn't fall over, because I have horrible balance" he lied, trying to get his legs under him. He pushed off of the floor, his legs shaking slightly under his weight, and he felt like he was going to puke. "There, I'm up" he panted, feeling light headed as well now. He knew he couldn't stand for long, so he put a hand on the wall to steady himself.

"We all know you have horrible balance....When you're standing on your feet and actually walking. Not when you're sitting, stupid," Sora said, catching the lie. Even Ryota couldn't possibly be clumsy enough to fall or loose his balance when attempting to sit up. Well, if he was in a rush, maybe, but the way he moved there was obviously no hurry. Sora inwardly groaned. He didn't want to get up. It was going to hurt so much. He didn't even think he could stand right now. He found his best leg to use and shakily used his leg to heave himself up. It was poor and very slow work that he had to concentrate very hard on to keep going. He nearly fell the second he stood to close to his full height, but he managed somehow.

"Psh, I still have horrible balance when I'm sitting" Ryota continued his lie, a bit ticked that Sora had seen through the lie so easily. He watched carefully as the redhead struggled to his feet as well, glad that he was having just as much trouble. He was a bit dissappointed that Sora didn't fall, but he still considered himself to be in better shape. He straightened up full and took his hand off of the wall, the only thing showing how hard this was for him being his shaking legs. "I still think I'm topping you here" he said with a touch of pride in his voice, smiling despite the pain and nausia this was bringing him.

"Only in your dreams," Sora panted, focusing mainly on keeping up right. A lot harder than it sounded, unfortunately. He had to make sure he could keep his balance and shift his weight every so often to keep from toppling over from the over exhausted limbs. He couldn't bring himself up as high as Ryota could. He was having enough difficulty with the lone task of remaining up and not on the ground.

"Then this must be a dream, becuase I'm deffinitly able to stand better than you" Ryota bit out, forcing himself to take a few steps. "Now if you think you can beat me, go ahead, let's see who can make it farthest" why did this sound familiar? Hadn't they done something similar a few days ago, and both ended up passing out in the hallway? Oh well, he was going to win, that's all he knew.

Sora didn't even want to answer this one, but no way he'd lose to this loser. "Fine, bring it," he said with more energy then he really had. He didn't think he could walk. Or if he did, he'd fall after the first couple of steps. He made himself take a few steps, his legs shaking and threatening to give way and let him collapse to the ground. He didn't need that again. He had lost their last 'race' that way.

Ryota pushed on farther, one hand never far from the wall in case his legs gave out or something. He looked back to Sora, frowning. "There's no competition here. You look ready to pass out" he taunted, trying to sound confident. The only thing giving him away was the slight shaking in his legs, but he felt way worse than that. He was just good at hiding things like that. He felt as bad as Sora looked, shaking and tyring to keep from collapsing. "What's wrong little boy, can't walk?".

"I don't know what makes you think I can't walk," Sora said stubbornly, taking a couple more steps. "And I'm not a little boy. You may be in your mind, since you act your shoe size and not your age, but I'm certainly not." Stupid Ryota could stay up because he hadn't been his by two...three bombs in the past couple days. Not to mention that accursed flesh ripping sword. Sora had hit several spots on Ryota, three or four vital, but he was a wall. He didn't fall as easily.

It was getting harder now for Ryota to walk, his unsteady steps getting slower and slower. "Hm, I'm preeeettttttyyyy sure you're a little boy. Have you even hit puberty yet?" he asked, grinning slightly. Even in a state like this, he was able to insult others, even if his insults didn't make much sense. His entire body was in pain, including the parts that hadn't been hit, because of sore muscles and bruises, along with the overall exaustion he felt. He dragged his feet now, gritting his teeth as he moved.

"I probably hit puberty sooner than you did," Sora said through gritted teeth and heaving panting. The explosion has really banged him up bad. ((And I bet Ryota could too~)) He didn't think it'd be this hard to simply walk. He wondered what kind of damage the bombs had done to him. This would be past the marker soon, to the most damage accumulated (and in such a short time, too!) The worst he'd been hurt was only a bit a ways from this condition. He'd probably get a new record within a few days, what with Ryota around.

"Like hell you did" Ryota scoffed, rolling his eyes. There was no way he would beleive that, just like the whole 'I'm bigger because I'm smarter' thing. Bullshit. "I obviously did. You can so tell, because I'm so much more manly than you" he shot at him, staggering forewards a few more steps. He was hunched over, and one arm was wrapped around his middle, putting pressure on the wounds that were hurting so much. His other arm was on the wall, so if he tripped, he wouldn't die.

"Manly? Hah, that isn't the right word for you," Sora said, the laugh coming out weakly. "You aren't more manly then I am. It's not about being manly, it's about being more mature. If you're a real man, then it doesn't matter unless you've got the smarts and maturity to back you up. You, are obviously not a man since you have neither." All he had was his height. That was it. Sora had all of that (as he saw it anyway.) For every couple steps Ryota managed, Sora got in about half. Not too bad, considering the shape he was in and how much it hurt.

"Okay, if it's about being mature, half the people here aren't men then" Ryota retorted, rolling his eyes. "The only mature ones are what. . . your dad. . . Itachi. . . Kakuzu. . . Pein. . ." he wracked his brains, thinking of all of the people in the base, "Yeah that's pretty much it" he said, laughing. "Anyways, I'm more manly than you anyways. I can kick your beat your ass at anything. . . look how much farther I am than you in this competition anyways". He grinned slightly, staggering forewards a few more steps, hissing in pain and squeezing his eyes shut.

"Having trouble there, are you?" Sora asked, observing him as he winced and hissed from the pain. "Sure looks like it. It also looks pretty funny." Sure, Sora was having just as much trouble...no, maybe more. More trouble than Ryota at this competition, but still it was fun to mock him. Was he sort of being half a hypocrite? Maybe. But whatever. Sora tried to see his limits, even though he already felt as if he had hit them long ago just by moving. He tried to walk farther, only to have wracking pain spread through his body faster. He groaned under his breath, frustrated.

"Look who's talking" Ryota retorted, glancing back at Sora. He was sure the redhead looked funnier than him, and he was deffinitly struggling more. "I could go on like this for an hour" he lied, wincing again as he took more steps. He was almost done. That's all he knew. He couldn't get much farther, but he would push himself until Sora fell first. He wouldn't be taken down that easily.

"An hour, huh? Should get a witness and see if you can live up to that," Sora said, knowing he couldn't keep up much longer. He didn't want to lose this thing again. He lost the last race thing because he had passed out first. He didn't need to do that again. He would win at least one of these stupid things whether or not he had to kill Ryota or die trying.

"Heh, I don't need a witness. I'll still be up and walking around when you wake up after passing out" Ryota bragged. He knew they were empty words, and there was no way he would be walking around much longer after Sora. That was his goal though. He coughed harshly, grimacing at the pain that caused, his whole body wracking with the coughing. He stopped moving completely until he was done, taking a few more shaky steps.

By this time, Sora's body felt as if it had been hit by a truck and lit on fire. Sort of the same concept, almost kind of? He had been thrown across the ground from the bombs explosion, and he was caught in the actual bomb, half way-ish. So he sort of had been lit on fire and hit by a truck, no? He didn't think he could really hold out that much longer, but he did need to beat Ryota. Then he could prove he wasn't as much bark as he seemed. He really wasn't, but Ryota made it hard to prove to.
