A rare occurance (RippedNose ONLY)

The morning Sora woke up, stiff from the tree but otherwise fine. Nothing a bit of exercise and training couldn't cure. He stretched and jumped out, grabbing a couple branches on the way down to stop his fall from being so harsh when he reached the ground and landed. He walked into the base, hoping not to see Ryota this early.

Ryota had one arm hanging off of the couch, and the other and bent underneath his head as he watched the stupid cartoons, that obviously amused children for some reason, and didn't bother him in his half-asleep state that came after he woke up, that normally resulted him in mumbling nonsense or just staring at something, in this case, the tv.

Sora walked around, getting the soreness out of his shoulders and limbs and neck. Especially his neck. He didn't mind the tree, but it was still nothing compared to a bed. Nothing like feeling nothing underneath you except for the branches supporting your head and your butt. It was all right as a last resort, but he mostly slept in beds when he was in towns.

Ryota got up after awhile and stumbled to the kitchen, looking half dead, with dark circles under his eyes, and the way he was slouching. He was just so tired. The 'rape me' could still be seen across his face, though it was lighter than it had been. He opened the fridge and narrowed his eyes against the light, since he hadn't bothered with them yet. He grabbed some good-looking fruit and put some coffee on, needing it to wake him up, before slumping over at the table, not even bothering with the fruit yet.

Sora just flopped down on the bed in the room, just wanting to feel a good back support and the mattress. That's all he needed right now. Chances were he might fall asleep. He failed to notice that Ryota wasn't in there, but he was to tired to care right now. He dozed off a bit, half asleep.

Ryota got up and got his coffee when it was ready, drinking it slowly, and waking up little by little. He ate the fruit eventually before getting up and stretching, sitting on the couch again to watch some more tv before fixing his hair and heading to his room to grab some weapons and clay, needing to train after being out for a week. He walked in to see Sora lying on his bed and he frowned, tempted to kick him off but he didn't bother, just grabbing what he needed and leaving.

Sora jumped awake, since he didn't do this often. He got up and stretched again, not sure what time it was, but knowing enough to know he normally got up way before this time. He walked around, clearing his head. He'd train later. He just didn't want to do anything right now.

Ryota worked outside for awhile, loosening his muscles after sleeping and gaining a bit of his strength back, making sure that his week of sleep hadn't done too much to him. He was still in good shape once he actually got out and did something, which was a good thing deffinitly.

After waking up, grabbing something to eat, and warming his muscles up a bit, Sora went out to train, to pick on the trees some more. By the time he was done with them, they might look something like tooth picks. He was knocking the branches off of them, cutting them up, all that stuff. Poor trees. He was a tree killer.

Ryota was still training outside, practicing all he could, having blown up a few trees already by this point. There was a huge clearing there, just from the Akatsuki members breaking them all when they trained. Nobody seemed to care though, since they all did it.

Turning on his heel immediately after realizing Ryota was outside training as well, Sora stood there in the entrance of the base, considering if it was still worth going outside. With Ryota, they might wind up having a competition just to prove who's better with skills in training. That would be mostly unintentional, since both acted a bit like children and fought over the stupidest things. He sighed, because there wasn't anything better to do. He walked outside and chose a tree, one he'd left off on yesterday. Pulling out his knives, he set to work on attacking it as quickly as he could.

Ryota tried his best to ignore the fact that he knew Sora was there, though it didn't really work. He had his guard up now, not wanting to be attacked or something, since they were fighting so often. His prescence mostly just made him angry, so he trained with a higher intensity than he normally would, working out his anger.

Sora was moving from practicing speed to cutting and attacking, to whatever else he could think of. Agility, flexibility, endurance, the usual. He was just pushing himself to work a bit harder then he regularly did, which was pretty hard. He normally paced himself at about a seventy-ish percentage when it came to average training. Now he was about an eighty-something-ish?

Ryota pushed himself harder, unconciously trying to work harder than Sora was. He was constantly trying to prove that he was better than the redhead, even if it was while they trained seperately. He was sure he could work harder than the other, so he worked faster and harder, pushing himself to about a ninety percent level, though he was willing to work harder if he must.

Show off was the first thing that came to Sora's mind as he saw Ryota trying harder too. Well, he seriously wasn't one to talk. He was just as big of a show off as Ryota. Flamboyant and prideful. He was hard to bring down, really. But he took great care of his pride, which was probably why. Not like he was stuck up, just, he knew when he was better then others. He looked down on a lot of people, but not in a stuck up way. Just a way that he knew they had never tried as hard in their life.

Ryota pushed himself harder, now just seeing how far he could go, injured as he was. It was difficult, which was a good thing, and he was panting heavily, but he kept going, ignoring the strain on his muscles. He knew what he could and couldn't do, and he wasn't trying to go past that, rather just reach what he knew he could do when he was at his best.

Sora put his training up a notch, though it really couldn't go much higher after that. He was pushing himself rougher than usual, big deal. It was good for training, so he could train harder and harder until real actual training was hard to come by. He'd become way stronger then Ryota, so he could keep from getting pinned down by the taller, heavier man next time.

Ryota noticed Sora bringing his training to a higher level as well, and he frowned, determined to show off how much better he was. He pushed to a ninety five level, knowing he was near his limit, but not having a single flaw in his work yet. He knew it was foolish of them to fight like that, but he didn't care. He was used to acting like a six year old.

Sora scowled and worked to push himself higher again. He didn't know how much further he could get past these bounds, but he was trying every minute to move farther and farther. He continuously poured his effort into working harder and harder, so gradually he was getting better. Instead of just throwing it all into one second like Ryota was doing and what he had been doing, he just let it move constantly. He was going to top him and be the best.

Ryota gritted his teeth as he practiced, destroying any tree that was in front of him, practicing all he could remember, and pushing himself as hard as he could go now. He was working at 100% for awhile before he slowly brought himself down, not wanting to die of exaustion or anything. Or leave himself vulnerable to be killed by Sora or something.

He noticed Ryota's effort dropping slightly, and with this kid, who knew if it was real or part of some kind of plan. Perhaps he was either actually getting tired, or was conserving energy to attack him later if he found Sora down. Sora stopped putting so much constant effort into it, slowly dropping it, though hardly noticeable. He wouldn't want any kind of ambushing or something.

Ryota slowed to a stop, catching his breath and leaning against a tree, watching Sora. He could detect the slight drop in the redhead's training, but only because he was looking for it. He laughed quietly before shrugging off the tree and walking forewards, moving to smack him in the back of the head as he walked by, headed back inside.

Sora slowed to a stop as Ryota walked in, finally going away. He sat in the high branches of a tree, resting, catching his breath and regaining his strength. At least he had gone in. He sat back, watching the clouds moving, feeling the air on his skin, which felt good enough, though he was pretty hot from all the running and competing. When he had restored his energy, he just watched the outside. It had been good training.

Ryota walked around the base for a bit to cool his muscles down and calm his heart rate so he didn't mess himself up or anything, since you were supposed to do some light excercize to let your muscles expand or something like that. He wasn't even sure. He just knew he was supposed to. After he was done that he sat down on the couch, satisfied that he had worked harder than Sora, for longer, since he had been outside first.

Sora didn't even care about hanging around the base right now. He just wanted out for a bit. He took a long enough walk to the next town over, grabbing stuff from stores and all, sometimes just grabbing it and hiding it, sometimes he'd actually pay for it. When he felt like paying, of course, and it was less then half the time he wanted to. He came back examining some of the random junk he'd grabbed, not sure what to do with it, but he was sure he'd find some kind of use for it.
