"Yeah? You don't? Why don't you ask some people around here whether or not you deserve the beatings you get, see what they say. What do you think, will they agree with me, or you?" she challenged, knowing he would probably know the correct answer but wouldn't go with it, instead saying that he was right. It was pointless, really, but hey, that's normally how idiotic conversations turned.

Ryota smiled almost smugly. "Nope, I don't. Everyone will obviously agree with me" his voice was confident, though his words were obviously as big a lie as was possible. He wasn't sure why he even argued his point with this anymore, seeing as everyone knew fully well that he deserved everything he got, but he did, for some strange, messed up reason. "But really, getting broken has it's advantages. . . I have a personal maid, and casts are hard when you hit someone with them" he grinned widely, laughing again.

"I disagree with that," Nami said shaking her head. "Casts aren't that hard to break, maybe you can't remember, but I'm half puppet, so it wouldn't hurt as much. Anyone else, maybel. And no, this maid thing, not an advantage to the maid....." She rolled her eyes, flicking at the skirt of the dress. She really did hate this dress, and she probably never would get used to wearing the thing. She still hadn't, even though she'd been wearing it for a while, she still favored her ninja gear by far.

"Meh. . . you always have an argument for the most pointless arguments" Ryota muttered, being a complete hippocryte. "But, there's deffinitly an advantage for me for the main thing" he gave an evil grin, knowing how much fun it had been for him while he healed this time. He sniggered as she flicked at the skirt on her dress, loving the fact that she hated it so much, but she was forced to wear it, and the fact that it was by him made it so much better.

"Ugh," she groaned, groaning at the fact that he was enjoying her being his maid so he could be lazy and make her do whatever, and that he was practically contradicting himself. "You better enjoy this while it lasts, because as soon as this is over, I am getting no where near this dress, and you're going to have to be more careful about the contents in the fridge," she threatened, intending for the time being to sabatoge the food only Ryota ate so then he'd get sick again. It wouldn't be too bad, because then she'd have to serve him again.

Ryota grinned evilly and shook his head. "Oh, don't worry, I'm deffinitly enjoying this" he said with a laugh. He didn't figure that she would go anywhere near the dress, but at the mention of the food in the fridge he paled and a green tinge was on his face for a second, remembering his earlier incident. "You wouldn't dare" he said in a threatening tone. He would beat the crap out of her if she tried that again, screw anything that he beleived in. He had never actually hurt Nami before, but if she did that again he would. That's just how bad it was for him.

"Hmm, I don't know about that," she trailed off, leaving a tone that said she was just kidding, but still making her appearance look serious. "You can't really trust what I put in food now, can you? Not anymore, anyways." This time that he had eaten tainted food had just been a fluke. The food had been meant for another member and not Ryota, but now that he was terrified of the poison, she could always threaten him with it if she felt like it. Not that she'd purposely put stuff in the food for fun, but if he had done something drastic, like blowing up her puppet collection, again, then it'd be all right to get a little revenge.

Ryota glared at her, not sure weather to beleive her words or not. "Of course I can't trust it" he said, trying to mask the slight tremor in his voice. A thought came to him and he grinned. "Since you have to do what I say, I forbid you from poisoning my food or drinks" he laughed, not really thinking that it would only last until he was healed. If there was one thing he hated the most, it was Tobi, but after that, it was throwing up. He hated it so much, so if Nami caused it again, he would beat the shit out of her, no matter what. Or so he told himself.

"No problems here," Nami said, "You were the one who stumbled upon the poisoned food, it wasn't even meant for you, so now that I know how that poison works, then I won't have to put it in anything else." She wasn't sure if the orders he put out while she was his maid would still be as effective when she weren't. Supposedly, it wouldn't, but it's not like she intended to try it again. She knew the results of the one now, so she didn't have to try it out again. When it came to testing poisons, normally it was either given to Tobi in the form of candy, or sometimes she could force some random ninja to do it.

"You'd better not" Ryota said angrily again, still glaring. "That shit is horrible". He wasn't sure he'd ever eat out of the fridge or freezer ever again, not trusting Nami when she said that she wouldn't put anything in his food, even if he forbade it. But that part made him feel like he had some sort of authority, which he really didn't, but he wished he had. Authority wouldn't be a good thing in the blonde's hands anyways. He would probably do something so stupid it would ruin a whole bunch of shit and make people pissed at him, but it would be funny.

Nami ignored his order, turning her head away from his glare. Sure, it probably did taste horrible, but then again, it was only an added chemical to the substance, so it was tasteless. The only way to know it was there were when the affects actually kicked in. Ryota just wasn't worth the trouble to poison, because then he'd whine and complain about it nonstop, and then she'd get mad, and probably lose her temper, and either beat him up or poison him again. "Yeah, well, it was just an experiment, and the test subject was more like one of those hypothetical variables and such. You wouldn't understand," she sighed, trying to get him to lighten up and forget about it. Really, it hadn't even been intended for him. She really wouldn't poison him unless the situation absolutely called for it.

Ryota rolled his eyes at her words. "Yeah. . . right" he muttered under his breath. "Wait. . . what's hype. . . hypo. . . hypotheetacle?"he screwed up his face as he tried to pronouce, it, doing it wrong anyways. He had no idea what it meant, or what it could mean. He really didn't understand, but mostly because he didn't care about shit like that, but at the moment, he wanted to understand so he know weather or not he would be tested on by accident or something, if that was what Nami was even talking about. He wasn't quite sure.

"Here, how about I put it slower for you, hi-poe-thet-ih-call," she sounded out for the slow Ryota. "It means guessing, pretty much, so it means you were one of the guessed variables. Test subjects. I didn't know who'd eat it, but apparently you did, so it made you the hypothetical variable." He really needed to do some kind of reading or something, then she wouldn't have to explain or repeat things when he was having a stupid moment and didn't understand. "Hypotheetacle.....never heard of that before," she muttered under her breath, knowing that most of the time Ryota came up with his own versions of words to better pronounce or explain them.

Ryota made an 'ooooh' sound when Nami explained it, but he was likely to forget it in a while. "Wait, what am I, some sort of 'guessed' lab rat?" he asked in an offended voice. That's pretty much what he seemed to be, as a test subject. He found no reason with making up words and definitions, mostly because he needed to so often if he didn't know what something meant or how to pronounce it.

"Yeah, basically," she said, knowing he probably wouldn't even remember the term if she brought it up a week from now. "Although, I get faster results with Tobi, maybe because he scarfs down his food without even thinking, each time I give him something. Even you'd learn not to eat something every time something bad happened when you ate it." Apparently, Tobi did not. She had even given him two different spiked food items, and he had eaten them in the same day. Didn't even think about it, just popped them in his mouth, jabbered on happily for a bit, then the poison would kick in. She liked the one that made him unconscious for several hours. That one was a pretty good experiment. But then, after he'd woken up. he complained how sore he was and so on. Then went to bug his Senpai. Annoying thing that just kept getting up.....

Ryota glared at Nami, not liking the idea of being a test subject at all, especially if it involved shit like that. He laughed when she said that Tobi gave faster results and why. "What a moron" he said with another laugh. "How stupid can you get? If every time I ate something and something happened, I'd probably starve myself. Aw crap, that would SUCK!" he knew it would be hard for him to starve himself, so he woudl probably find something else to do after awhile.

"Actually, I wonder sometimes if he does know, but just doesn't care," she said thoughtfully. "I mean, once, he asked 'what does it do this time?', so I wonder sometimes, if he cares or not that I use him to test concoctions out..." She thought about it some more. "Oh well, he's more cooperative than you are, sometimes." Nami was feeling hungry, since she hadn't eaten in a while, but that was just because she was half puppet, she didn't need food as often as a full human person would. "Hey, I'm gonna get something to eat, want anything? I swear nothing else in that kitchen is spiked. The antidote you took should have taken effect completely by now, so even if you did eat something poisoned, the antidote would neutralize it right away."

"He's probably too stupid to really put two and two together, and just had a burst of some stupid intelligance that day, asking you what it did" Ryota nodded, satisfied with his logic. He knew that it was true that Tobi was more cooperative than him, but that was a good thing for him. He didn't like to be cooperative. He nodded as Nami said she was going to get something to eat and he raised an eyebrow at th e offer. "I don't know weather I should trust you or not. . . but. . . I'm really hungry, so I don't care if I puke anything up, grab me something to eat" he winced slightly, unwilling to actually accept food from her anymore.

"Whether you trust me or not to grab you food anymore, you're going to get hungry either way, and you'd make me grab it for you," she said as she got up and left his room. She went into the kitchen, ignoring some of the stares she got from some of the other members. They must have heard Hidan's screaming, or he even might've told them, if he'd gotten fixed up by now. She grabbed something for Ryota, something from the cupboards that hadn't been opened yet so he'd know she hadn't done anything to it, he got a box of stale saltine crackers, and for herself, she grabbed an apple that wasn't too badly bruised. She returned to Ryota's room with the snacks.

Ryota waited while Nami got something for them to eat, wondering what there was to eat. He rolled over while she was gone, bored already. He let out a sigh, nothing to do, until Nami walked back in the room.He rolled over again and looked at the box of crackers, assuming that they were for him. "Aha!" he yelled, pointing at them and waving his arm. "The box has been op- wait, no it hasn't. Never mind" he grinned, feeling pretty stupid at his actions.

Nami rolled her eyes as he threw out his accusation. Then he stopped and realized that the box really hadn't been opened and that she hadn't even done anything to it. "Relax, already, I'm not poisoning anything. Do you see me with the time to go down to my room, fix up something, and then throw it in your food?" She was his maid, he demanded she was by his side at all times for some reason. So of course, she never had the time to go back to her room even to grab a book or something interesting to do. She was stuck listening to Ryota's senseless orders and teasings. If only he'd heal faster, then she wouldn't have to serve him anymore. She bit into her apple, licking her lips when the juice wet her mouth. Even though the apple looked a little old and beaten up, it was still pretty juicy and good. "I'm not sure how old those crackers are, but they might be expired. Still good, probably."

"You never know" he defended himself. "You could have ready made poisons that you magically manage to get through the box and poison them". Ryota really was a stupid person, who acted more like an 8 year old than a 19 year old. Like he had dropped 11 years of his life and just stayed at 8. He watched as Nami started eating the apple. "I don't care how expired they are" he said with a laugh. He had eaten the ice cream that was expired in the first place hadn't he? "They'll be fine" he put his hand out for them.

"Whatever you say, Ryota, whatever you say," she sighed, giving up on arguing with him. He wasn't worth arguing about this kind of thing. The kind of thing they both knew that couldn't be done in such short time like that. "Eh, stale, expired, old crackers, whatever they have lableled, crackers are crackers, just, taste a little different everytime something happens to them. I don't think they have an expired taste anyway. it's just stale that's gross." She was already all the way around the apple, now just going for the rest of the white part inside. It had a couple brown spots from the bruises, but the brown spots on it didn't even have a flavor. So it was fine. The apple didn't taste that bad anyway, so why would she care if it looked weird? Ryota would even eat those crackers, even if they were stale or expired, or even if they'd been on the ground.

Ryota looked at Nami confused. "Stale's not gross. . . how can you think stale is gross?" he failed to notice the discustingness of the things he ate sometimes, beleiving that some things were made of magic and something else. The apple Nami had didn't look too bad, but he wasn't normally one for fruit or vegetables. He would eat anything that was expired or stale, or off the ground, unless they were gross looking or smelled bad. Then to him, it was still good. "Gimme da crackerssss" he whined, waving his stretched out arm.

Nami had no response to Ryota's statement that was also half question. She tossed the box at him, aiming for the arm he couldn't reach out with so then he'd have to get it himself. Or....he'd make her pick it up, knowing how natually lazy he was, and since she was his maid, he'd exploit this power to make her do this, just so he could feel the full control he had over her at the moment. She didn't care, if he was going to be a retard, then let him be a retard.
