she was just fixing to pick up one of the glass bottles of oils when she felt his hands on her hips, squeaking in complete surprise as she went air born only to splash in the water. spluttering as she came up for air she heard his laughter before making the comment of a wet wolfy in his tub.. Pushing her wet hair out of her face that slipped out of the braid she grinned'' nah, just a wet woman, cause if i was a wolf, and wet i would stink''. she teased, splashing him back before reaching out and snagging his wrist, tugging him back into the tub as she too laughed. '' now look, a nice naked man decided to join me. '' grinned, splashing him again.

This was a surprise to her, she didn't think he had a playful side but she was definitely enjoying it. '' hmm i wonder what got you in a good mood'' teased as she reached out and lightly tugged the bit of hair that was white on him. '' perhaps it is the possibility that i can get rid of that screecher for you.''

Zane slowly let his eyes drift up her face and kisses her.
"your beautiful you know." Zane stated as he slowly removed her wet clothing, feathering his fingers along her hips as he removed her shirt and wet pants.

blinking in surprise as he kissed her all she could do was kiss him back, her brain a little slow on catching up with what he did. Once he pulled back to speak her face went a little red as she shivered from his feather light touch. Giving him another slow smile as she licked her lower lip '' hmmm well thank you ,even though most of my people are as... pretty as i am i guess.. '' she wasn't embarrassed when he removed her clothing, wasn't something he hadn't seen before after all.

Getting a little curious on what his reactions would be, she leaned foward and kissed him this time, just a smile light kiss and gentle nip of his lower lip , she was testing him as she moved closer sliding her hands up his chest and over his shoulders to play with his hair.

caught by suprise at her kissing him, he slowly wrapped his arms around her and kissed her back. enjoying the fact that finally someone he could relate to was here with him.
( mmm if only i could keep it this way. but i will soon have to send her back. danica has taken a real dislike to her.)
Zane pulls back with the thoughts filling his head and leaves the room without another word to Zyanya leaving her with a confused look on her face.

she relaxed as he kissed her back, quickly enjoying it, only to have that feeling get ruined as he just got up and left, confused she stared at the door as she just stood there in the water.. Sighing she shook her head, figuring she might have pissed him off or something, or maybe he had some urgent business to take care of that he may have forgotten.

figuring that she didn't have to leave the bath she went and investigated the many bottles of oil on the shelves, picking out one that smelt good to her, a soothing gentle lavender scent, she sat down on the edge of the bath before beginning to use it, still wondering about what was up with Zane and half wondering if she would run into Danica again so she could smack her around. Grinning she shook her head '' hmmm a good fight is what i need.. '' talked to herself as she relaxed, zane left her a little edgy but she didn't mind, atleast now she knew she could unsettle him.

CRASH!!!! "STUPID BITCH! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS. YOU WONT GIVE ME HEIRS SO WHY SHOULD I JUST LET MY LINE DIE?!?" Zane screamed at Danica as he threw things at her." YOU HAVE A HEIR TO YOUR THROWN. YOU FUCKED YOUR GUARD! AT LEAST I AM KEEPING MY STATIONS STATUS AND SLEEPING WITH THE RULER OF A CLAN, NOT SOME COMMONER."

"I swear if you don't get rid of her i will kill her. make a choice let her go or watch her die." Danica spat, and stormed out of the room, towards the bath house.

Zyanya frowned, glancing towards the door as she heard the fight, all though they where several rooms away , her ears easily picked up the words. Shaking her head slightly as she finished with the oil before putting it back, half hearing Danica threaten her.grinning she gave a slight snort'' as if '' shook her head as she reached for a towel just as the bath doors where thrown open.

Blinking several times she stared at Danica who seemed to be frozen right in the middle of her tracks. '' well well. look what the rat dragged in. didn't i tell you not to come near me with that screeching voice of yours?" she was right in front of Danica in a matter of seconds, lifting her up off the floor by her throat with one hand as she pinned her against the wall '' tell me.. who was it you where threatening to kill ? and don't you dare lie to me. i can smell a lie miles away.'' she narrowed her eyes, using her thumb nail to press against danica's throat , just under her chin, forcing her head up to expose her throat. '' go on.. spit it out, it may be the difference between a quick death and a painfull one for you.''

Zane follows Danica only to find that Zyanya already has her by the throat.

" Oh i see you are already dealing with my pest problem. this rat with wings thinks she can kill you." Zane informs Zyanya as he sticks her with a needle in the arm " that is enough of the anti-venom to make you get your shift powers back for about 10 minutes." as he starts to walk from the room he states " i will return in 10 minutes. make your decision on her life."

as Zane stood outside the door and listened to Danica squeak in Zyanya's hands he thought about the strength of Zyanya. not only was she beautiful but she could lead, and she seemed to be someone who would stay faithful to who she was.

"god i need to get my mind clear. this woman is clouding my every thought and its getting bad." zane mumbled as he walked away from the room to his chambers.

Zyanya didn't even flinch as she felt the sting of the needle, not even taking her eyes off of Danica, the only acknowledgment he got from her was a slight tilt of her head. she waited for him to head out of the room before she even moved, glancing down at her free hand before looking up at her'' well , your too damn slow for your answer.. so your death is going to be very very painful, '' grinned, allowing her hand to do a partial shift as she used her other hand to practically crush Danica's throat, having her gasp and struggle for air before she used the other one that had shifted and swiped it across her belly, laying it completely open before dropping the woman as her innards began to spill out.

Zyanya turned her back to her, leaving her to try and keep her innards in even while she suffocated. Rinsing her hands off from danica's blood she just sat down and waited for her ten minutes, ignoring danica's death rattles.

Zane walked back into the bath house carrying a dead coyote to see Danica dead with her guts spilled on the floor. and Zyanya sitting in the tub again.

" Oh my, What happened to her. looks like a wild animal attacked her." Zane feigned surprise and confusion. "Zyanya act surprised. im going to make it look like an animal wandered into the castle and killed her. cry. look traumatized or something."

Zane placed the dead coyote by Danica's body and made it appear that the animal had killed her, not the woman now crying in the tub.

"GUARDS!! DANICA HAS BEEN ATTACKED. THE ATTACKER IS DEAD BUT SHE MAY NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION!!" Zane cried, knowing full well that she was gone, and he didn't care.

Zyanya blinked in surprise before nodding slightly , still with her towel on she actually had to to dig several of her own nails into her hip, just to cause herself enough pain to bring tears to her eyes, that and well the drug he gave her actually helped , she was sweating badly and all ready had the shakes, the color draining from her face as she swallowed several times to try and actually keep from passing out, she was going to have to ask him later what the hell it exactly it was that he gave her.

she actually had to lean over a little to ease her breathing and ease up the feeling of getting sick, she just hoped they hurried up before she actually got sick right in front of them.

seeing that zyanya is feeling the effects of the drug he hurried the guards along and escorted Zyanya to her room.

"the only drug that can stop the effects of the shift suppressant is venom. it eats the drug away. you will be fine but sick for a few days." zane leaves the room so she can sleep and tells his guards to keep an eye on her. " keep her fever down and make sure she eats. even with her healing this will take days for her to get over it. i had to use my venom in the purest form."

she gave a slight grunt as he told her what was going on , all she knew was that she felt like crap as if somebody just pumped her full of the worst food ever. She managed to keep from throwing up at least until after he left her alone in her room, once the door closed however, she couldn't hold anything back any longer.

Once she was sure she wouldn't get sick any more she collapsed onto her bed, the shakes hitting her hard as she heard the guards come in to clean up and actually bath her in cool water to get her fever to break. Every several hours they had to yell at her to wake up and force some sort of soup down her throat. Sever times she swore it was zane who did it but she was so out of it she wasn't sure.

It was nearly four days later before she actually felt more like herself, her body was sore as she slowly woke again, her head splitting with a headache as she slowly glanced around, as far as she knew, she was alone, and it was near around the time someone usually came in her room., she hoped it was zane so she can actually get some answers and find out what happened considering her memory was a bit fuzzed.

It was about time for Zane to check on Zyanya as he was sitting in a meeting, not paying attention to anything that was going on.

"sir are you ok? you seem to be out of it these days."

" its nothing." zane replied not wanting his people to know that Zyanya was still in the castle.

Zane leaves the meeting and heads to Zyanyas room. "is she awake?" he asked the guards at her door.

"yes sir."

As zane enters the room he sees Zyanya is still looking sickly.

"im sorry that you have too feel this way. do you have any questions?"

Zyanya looks up as she watches him come into the room before rolling over slowly on her back, she had been on her stomach for nearly two days to ease the cramping.. wincing slightly she looked up at him before speaking'' a few... my main one is how do get rid of this bloody headache'' she grumbled, her voice slightly husky from sleep.. slowly rubbing her head, mainly around her temples to ease the pressure'' next one is.. i am really thirsty . '' mumbled again , slightly moving a little to give him room to sit down, she really didn't even think about it, it was just instinct''.. last one for now is.. why the hell did that crap make me sick?"

Zane moved to sit next to her on the bed and answered her questions. "OK answer to the first question is prolly wine. which will fix the second question too. and as for your final question, you got sick because my venom is a neurotoxin and it caused your body to turn against itself. your immune system was killing your own cells and that made you sick." Zane reached and checked her temperature. "hmmm your still warm. sleep a little more and i will return tomorrow to check on you." Zane kissed her forehead and laid her down.

she blinked slightly , half listening to what he was saying before sighing'' hmmmm ok'' she mumbled, half registering the fact that he just kissed her forehead before making her lay down' ' i don't want to sleep no more. '' she mumbled getting a little rebellious as she kept her eyes on him'' well... get them to bring me wine then.. lots of it.. i am really thirsty.. and water too.. '' frowned, '' maybe food.. '' mumbled, trying to fight the pull of sleep. reaching out slightly she grabbed a hold of his wrist'' do you really have to leave ?your always gone''

Zane peers down at her calmly and sais "i guess i could stay with you tonight." and he lays down next to her and falls asleep.

she looked up at him and relaxed a little more , curling up against him as she closed her eyes again, with him laying down next to her she felt more warmth then what the blankets had been giving her. snuggling up against him even more on instinct , she slowly began to fall asleep, her breathing easing into an even rhythm as she went in deep.

she woke up several hours later at the crack of dawn, groaning in protest as she pulled the sheet over her head even as she heard him moving around in the room'' nooooo. i don't want to get up yet. ''

Zane turns to Zyanya and silently laughs. Sneaking over to the bed he steals the blanket and tickles her. "time to get up silly. we have plans for today. plans that involve leaving the castle."

zane leaves the room so that Zyanya may get ready. "make sure that she is properly dressed for an excursion in the forest." zane instructs his guards before leaving to get ready himself.

she shot up out of the bed and frowned''' leaving the castle?'' she was highly confused, she didn't think slaves where even allowed to leave the castle. getting up she was fixing to change when the guards actually jumped her '' ack! heeeeey, get off me! what the hell are you putting on me? gah don't touch that!'' she managed to fight them off just as they finished pulling some weird clothes on her. '' geez. i am not some doll you two can dress you know. '' she scowled at the guards, watching as they snickered while leaving the room.

sighing she ran a hand through her hair as she followed them out, still curious where they were going. Following them outside she glanced around, not even seeing Zane , so figured he was still getting dressed.

Once he finished getting dressed in snake skin pants taken from one of his people, and a black silk shirt, zane walked out to the courtyard and saw zyanya dressed in lamb skin pants and a top of the softest suede.

"well dont you look lovely. the lamb skin almost matches your skin. why dont we head down to the forest, i thought we could walk through the forest for a bit and talk."

she eyed him suspiciously, glancing at the guards then back at him '' with . or with out the double trouble?" she pointed a finger over at the guards.. looking him over up and down as well'' hmmm and you look just as good. but then again your the king, your supposed to '' she glanced at one of the guards who started to snicker, but she immediately shut up when she caught the look Zyanya was giving her.

She slid her gaze back to Zane before falling into step with him, still curious on what was on his mind and trying to figure out if there was some twisted motive he had with taking her out.

"unfortunately with them, i cant just run around without protection from any nay Sayers who wish to harm me. they are for your protection too." Zane replied leading her into the forest. " you still smell great from the bath, like lavender, and vanilla." Zane said sniffing her hair.

she blinked in surprise and shivered slightly from him sniffing her hair, it was strange from him but she was used to it from the other pack members she had grown up with them '' hmmmm, strange, that was nearly four days ago, unless of course the guards bathed me in it while i was sick'' frowned slightly before turning a little to look at him while still walking'' it is one of my favorite smells, helps keep me calm when i am upset.'' she mumbled slightly , glancing at the guards that followed, at least they kept back at a good distance, but close enough to run to their aid if they needed it.

'' so, why are we taking this trip ? i mean.. i am a little confused'' bit her lip slightly as she glanced around, she ached to run through the woods in her wolf form, it always felt good, but he had that suppressed so she was shit out of luck for now.
