Settle Down.

Zach couldn't help but laugh at the response he got, fairly sure he would look pretty good in the clothes. When he got them, he was planning on wearing them to work, and putting in a good word for Kyo with his manager, who would probably take interest. He seemed to take notice in most things Zach wore annyways. He tilted his head to the side when she began to describe what the other woman was like. As she explained, he couldn't help but see why Teioh didn't like being married to her. The last part though sounded alright, though he was almost positive he wouldn't be one of the people she would be nice to. He couldn't blame any of them for feeling that way, since he was starting to think that way already, from what he had heard, although he was also hearing all of this from the people who didn't like her, so he could quite easily be under their impression on this. "Sounds. . . interesting" said, not quite sure what to think at this point. He picked up his coffee cup, finding it almost empty. Taking a ip, it was drained of the liquid within and he set it back down on the table. "Nice, but a bit insane?" he clarified, wondering how she would react to talking to him, if she suspected what he and Teioh had done, which he was sure she would.

Kyo thought about that little summary for a while before laughing her head hitting the table in front of her. "Yeah...yeah I guess that sounds about right." She said nodding, not that that was painfully obvious. "Well..." she sat up again and looked at Zach with a small frown, "I think it's about time I left, I'll get to work on those clothes but I don't know when I'll see you again...hopefully soon." she said swinging her legs to the side so she was completely facing the young man beside her. "But it was great meeting you Zach, you really did brighten up most of our lives. Give Teioh a while and he'll see that too, and so will you and maybe everything will be better then." She said she reached forward throwing her arms around his neck and pulling him into a tight hug for a moment before she stood up and waved walking off to her car and driving off. She sure hoped Teioh would notice that this was a good thing, and maybe he'd finally leave that wife of his. She was sure his kids were smart enough to understand the fact that he didn't like his wife and she was also sure that those three children would want what's best for their father. Though she didn't once bring Mariko into this 'happy' equation, not that she cared, for all Kyo gave a damn Mariko could burn. The only person in the whole thing that really mattered to her was Teioh. He was the brother to everyone in their little group and it still hurt seeing him the way he was.

Zach grinned, glad he had gotten at least that much right. He couldn't help but wonder if this group of people hit their heads on the table often when they laughed. He did it occasionally, but not that often. He nodded when Kyo said she should be going, laughing slightly. "Hopefully" he nodded, smiling. He would admit, he was a bit excited to see how the clothes would turn out. He had always found it interesting to see things go from drawings to the actual thing. He couldn't help the smile when Kyo spoke, the way she put it made it sound so good. Helping people's lives get better, making people happy. There were really two competely different ways to look at this, and he liked the optimistic way much better. It was much less upsetting. He laughed slightly when she threw her arms around him, hugging her back briefly before she pulled away. That was the second hug he had gotten that day for having an affair with Teioh. "I'll see you later then" he nodded, smiling and giving a wave as the woman got up to leave. The only one left at the table, Zach fiddled with the empty coffee cup for a few minutes, mulling over everything he had learned in the past day, staring hard at the table in front of him.

A little later, the blonde got up, shoving his cup in the garbage and leaving the store, getting into his car and driving home, spending the rest of his evening keeping busy as he had the night before, taking extra time to cook a fancy meal for himself, just to keep busy, and make more dishes to clean afterwards. Going to bed early, Zach got up at the normal time feeling rather good. Following his normal routine he got ready for work, covering the marks on his neck quickly, not doing nearly as good a job as Utakata had done the day before, but whoever did his makeup could fix it up. Work was fairly simple, changing into whatever he needed to, putting himself on display for the world. Once the day was finally over, Zach made his way to the lobby, ticket tucked safely in his pocket, dressed nicely, but not too fancy, unsure of how dressed up to get. He figured a casual suit was safe enough, seeing as some people wore them every day anyways. Standing in the lobby, he ran a hand through his hair, waiting for Utakata.

Utakata made his way into the lobby holding hands with Ichiru as he did. He spotted Zach and approached him a smile on his face. "Hey there." he said putting a hand on the other man's shoulder. Utakata and Ichiru were both wearing tuxedos liking to look classy. Many of the other people in the room were dressed in very nice clothing but a good seventy percent were dressed just like Zach was. "We can go take our seats now." He said linking his arm in Zach's and smiling at him. It was practically a flash but a brunette whizzed by them giving Utakata and Ichiru a quick hug before tearing off again running towards what must've been back stage. Utakata just sort of stared at the figure for a second before laughing slightly and smiling, "Jeez, he does that all the time. He's not responsible to bring anything with him except his music and half the time he forgets even that." he said shaking his head. "Good to see he's energetic though, I expect a good performance." He said leading Zach into the hall and to their seats it was a shame that from their spot they couldn't see Teioh's hands and he was partially cut off by his instrument, but they had a great view of the strings in a very close seat.

Shiro had noticed Zach the moment he walked in. He was standing with his siblings as well as his mother and her friend. They all were dressed up very formal, Ao was having fun with her dress making it twirl around her, the soft lavender colour really suiting her fair skin and curly brown hair which was done up. She had even had her mom put some make up on her to make her look even more pretty. Shiro though had his sights set on Zach having a glare set on him since he stepped into the building. He disappeared with Utakata and Ichiru and Shiro finally turned his attention back to his family. When they were seated he was quite happy that he got to see Zach from their seat on the second level of seating in a spot where they could see the whole orchestra perfectly without binoculars. But Shiro couldn't take his eyes off of Zach and Teioh's friends who seemed to already be having quite a good time.

Zach caught sight of the two men he had met the previous day, smiling when they approached him. "Hey" he greeted the other two with a grin and a nod. He glanced around the room quickly, thinking he felt eyes on him, but he didn't see anybody he thought he knew in the quick glance before looking back at the other two. "Alright" he said, nodding. He trusted these two to know where they were going, seeing as they went regularily. He grinned when the shorter man linked their arms together, looking forward to the performance. It had been a very long time since he had actually been to an orchestra. He was sure it was since his grade nine music class trip. He blinked when someone came up very quickly, hugging Ichiru and Utakata before dashing off. He smiled slightly upon recognizing him, watching him run off before looking back to the black haired man, giving a laugh. "Really? I hope he at least knows what he's doing when he forgets" he said, shaking his head. "I expect a good show anyways, Teioh seemed pretty confident that they're amazing" he grinned, sure they were going to be good anyways. He didn't doubt the man, especially after hearing one of his sons play when he was at the door. He followed into the hall to where they were supposed to be sitting, taking his seat and getting comfortable, observing the people on the stage before training his eyes on the man at the piano, or what he could see of him.

"I'm sure he actually has the music memorized, he just likes having it as a just in case." Utakata explained, "And don't worry I'm sure you'll be impressed." He said with a laugh. He leaned on Ichiru's shoulder and looked up at Teioh who was practicing his instrument fairly easy to hear over the others who were practicing. His face was serious and his eyes drifted shut his body swaying slightly as his hands moved to and fro across the keys, creating truly beautiful music with those long fingers. Utakata let out a sigh. "God, the things Teioh can do with those hands..." Utakata said with a smile shuddering slightly, "Just thinking about it is nearly enough to make me hot." He said with a giggle. Teioh paused his playing and looked over his instrument his eyes finding Utakata, Ichiru and Zach near the front and he smiled and waved at them. Utakata and Ichiru were quick to wave back and Teioh laughed, both hands back on the keys he played parts of the piece again trying to concentrate on his music again. "He can tell when we're talking about him, I swear." Utakata said looking to Ichiru who nodded then to Zach again wondering how he was feeling seeing Teioh again after their last encounter.

Zach nodded as Utakata explained, making a noise of acknowledgement. He laughed at the last part, shaking his head slightly. "I'd better be. Don't want to get my hopes up for nothing" he said, grinning slightly, clearly kidding. Sure, he expected a good show, but from what he heard even just from these people warming up, he could guess they were very good. He could hear the piano easily, keeping his eyes trained on Teioh as he listened, though his eyes moved to the short man beside him when he spoke. Hearing what the man was saying, Zach blushed, looking to the side slightly, trying not to think about what he had said. The hands of a pianist truly were amazing, which he now knew from experience. He smiled slightly when the brunette looked up, waving. He gave a small wave back, before running the hand through his hair. He really didn't know how to feel at the moment. He was looking forward to seeing Teioh again, but even just looking at him made him a bit nervous about what might happen. Looking at him also brought back the guilt he had felt, which had been mostly gone since he had met Utakata, Ichiru, and Kyo.

Utakata could see the blush on Zach's face and he had to admit he found it cute. He giggled slightly but the lights dimmed and people clapped as the conductor walked out onto the stage. He turned and bowed to the audience before back to the orchestra section but section letting them tune until the room was filled with one perfectly tuned note, not that it was noticeably off in the first place. He turned and introduced the first piece before turning back and letting the orchestra start the piece filling the entire room with gorgeous music. Teioh glanced down at his hands and over at the conductor, every once and a while glancing at the other members of the orchestra, not once looking back out at the audience. Utakata let out a sigh and curled up into Ichiru's side his eyes slipping shut as he paid attention solely to the music. Ichiru smiled down at Utakata kissing him on the forehead once before bending himself completely to kiss Utakata on the lips once which Utakata lazy received and added to; neither of them bothered to think about how awkward it might have been to Zach who was sitting next to them.

Zach caught the giggle from the man beside him and felt the colour rise even more, but luckily the lights were dimming, covering it up. He appauded along with the rest of the people in the hall when the conductor walked out, sitting back to get comfortable as the orchestra tuned. He smiled when the music started, which was already gorgeous, keeping his eyes most of the time on the one person he knew up there, occasionally glancing at the other performers, watching as they played their instruments with practiced ease. He wished he could see Teioh's hands from where they were, wondering what they looked like while playing music like that. Glancing away from the stage when Ichiru bent down to kiss his fiancé, he couldn't help it when the blush returned to his face, and he looked back at the stage, feeling awkward sitting right next to them like this. It was one thing to be next to people you knew well making out, than people you had met the previous day, and barely knew. He kept his gaze forward anyways, trying to ignore the two men beside him, listening to the music that the orchestra produced.

Utakata ended up shifting to kiss Ichiru from an easier position, generally he wouldn't care but he did notice how tense and awkward Zach had gotten so he very reluctantly pulled himself away from his lover, giving him a few little pecks before settling with just holding his hand. Utakata leaned over and let his head rest on Zach's shoulder, "So how are you enjoying it, it's gorgeous isn't it...I think Teioh said this piece if twenty minutes long." he said in a very quiet whisper directly into Zach's ear. Teioh glanced over at the three of them again and he stretched his hands during a rest he had, a part mostly dominated by the low string instruments and woodwinds. He was a little confused as to how the three of them had ended up together, also wondering why they seemed so close.

Shiro was bothered once by his brother who wanted to know what he was looking at but aside from that was completely ignored by his family. He stared down at Zach unable to help but glare. He had no idea what he was doing there, especially with Teioh's friends. He was sure that he had never seen him before so what was he suddenly doing here, staring at his father at that. It was disgusting and Shiro couldn't help but glare. Every once and a while he felt his brother trying to follow his gaze but always gave up when Ao would bother him to ask what key they were in or what instrument was playing the melody, something that the three kids were all practically trained to pick out. Ao was always very excited loving to be at these concerts and even Mariko was quite happy to be there even though she wasn't as experienced with music as her husband or her kids.

Zach chanced a glance at the two beside him when he saw Utakata move away from his lover slightly, seeing he was correct in thinking that they had stopped kissing, simply holding hands now. He looked back to the performance, but his gaze was brought right back when the black haired man put his head onto his shoulder, speaking into his ear. He smiled and nodded, turning his head to talk quietly back. "Yeah, it really is beautiful" he nodded, "And that's insane. . . that takes skills" he said, keeping his voice low. He was glad the two had broken apart, not nearly as awkward feeling now. It was easy to relax when he wasn't embarassed about something like that. He could swear he could feel somebody watching him, as he had since he had walked into the lobby earlier, and it made the hair on the back of his neck stand up. It was an eerie feeling, and he was tempted to glance behind him, to see if he knew anybody, but decided against it while Utakata's head was on his shoulder.

Utakata laughed slightly nodding at Zach's words, he seemed a lot less awkward now that he and Ichiru had split apart and he didn't seem all that bothered with Utakata resting on his shoulder either which was just something he was used to doing with other people, it was practically a reflex by now. He did notice that Zach still seemed a little bit tense though and he had to admit it was a little bothersome since Utakata didn't see any reason for him to be bothered. He glanced at Teioh who was playing again and ignoring the rest of the world as he so often did. "What's up? Is something bothering you?" He asked with a frown looking up at Zach with his piercing blues eyes easily visible through the light from the stage and the incredibly dim light of the rest of the room.

Zach glanced back at the shorter man when he spoke once more, giving half a shrug with his free shoulder. "I don't know" he said, shaking his head slightly, "I just feel like somebody's. . . glaring at me." He was fairly sure that nobody he knew disliked him enough to be glaring at him like this, but he could be wrong, for all he knew. Hell, he was pretty sure he didn't know many people who would enjoy going to an orchestra anyways, and those who would were his friends. He half glanced behind him, his gaze sweeping the crowd quickly, searching for eyes looking at him, along with familiar faces. Seeing none that quickly he shook his head again, looking back to the front. He really wished whoever it was that was looking at him would stop though, since it really was unnerving.

Utakata frowned slightly as he too turned around to see who could possibly be staring in their direction. His search was a little more detailed, he saw a few familiar faces but there was a small group that stood out more then others that he could see from their spot. Mariko, Shiro, Kuro and Ao were sitting on the second floor in a spot perfect to watch the performance and he was pretty sure he saw Shiro quickly look away when Utakata looked up at him. Utakata laughed slightly as he turned back shaking his head where it rested again on Zach's shoulder. Ichiru's thumb was running over his knuckle. "Well...could it be Shiro? He was just looking over here. He's on the second floor right now." he suggested motioning backwards with his head slightly. For some reason he was very confident with that guess, it was hard to get on that kids good side, it was a miracle at Utakata had done so himself but it seemed that Zach was far from in the clear.

Zach looked at the people on the stage while Utakata looked behind them, wondering if his searching would give any more information than his quick glance. He glanced back to the black haired man when he laughed, figuring he had figured it out. He grimaced slightly at the question, nodding instantly. "Yep, that would be it. That kid hates me already, for a rather good reason" he said sighing. He glanced back, looking up to the second floor now, scanning until he caught sight of the family of the man he had slept with, looking back to the front once he had seen them. He was positive now that it was Shiro, which was just great. He figured that Teioh's wife wouldn't exactly be happy to see him here either, since he was positive she guessed what had happened between him and her husband, if she didn't already know for sure.

Utakata laughed again unable to help it, "Don't worry he hates everyone. I'm pretty sure he used to accuse me of sleeping with Teioh all the time...but he's a buddy of mine now...or at least I'd like to think he is..." Utakata said, his voice a murmur as he tried not to bother the other people sitting around them, not that he had ever really cared to begin with. "He really liked all the stories I told him about his uncle. He loves his uncle so much. He thinks he's like...the coolest guy in the world. I mean I don't blame him, but Revelation is still a little scary even after you see his nice side." Utakata said, rambling on as he so often did. His eyes slipping shut as he spoke as he tried to listen to the music as well. The only thing that kept his knowing he wasn't getting to loud was that Ichiru hadn't told him to shut up which he would do very bluntly when Utakata started to get annoying.

Zach couldn't help but laugh softly at that, wondering where the hell this kid was getting these accusations from. They were perfectly reasonable, only because of who these two men were, but he didn't know how Shiro knew enough about sex to be accusing people of it. It didn't surprise him though when Utakata said that the ablino boy hated everybody, seeing how hostile the boy had been, even if he had a reason, that was some intense anger for such a small kid. He laughed again when Revelation was brought up. "So I heard. Kyo said he was really scary" he said, nodding slightly. It didn't bother him that Utakata went on like this, used to people talking alot. At work, he had to keep himself mostly quiet, letting other people talk about him, having no say in it himself, as well as having a few friends that he grew up with that didn't stop talking. His eyes were back on Teioh now, listening to the music as well as the black haired man beside him.

Utakata laughed as he said that Kyo had brought up Revelation as well. "Oh, Revelation...the only person he really ever liked was Teioh. He looks just like Teioh too, except he so much more...manly, fierce. God...he was an unbelievingly sexy man." He said with a sigh, "I kissed him once, I tricked him to get it...and then he almost broke my nose afterwards...but it was so worth it." he said with a laugh remembering it as though it was yesterday. After they had graduated though, Revelation disappeared and none of them had seen anything but glimpses of him since then. "You know...Revelation and Teioh had only meet in grade 12...they were like... separated at birth I guess. Their parents were killed in a fire." he said knowing that Teioh didn't care at all and wouldn't mind if he told Zach that much.

Zach raised an eyebrow slightly, wondering what it was with albinos in that family and not liking people. It had to be some kind of very strange genetic trait. He covered his mouth when he laughed this time to muffle the sound, not wanting to disturb the people around him too much. "Well if I ever do meet him, I'll remember not to try to kiss him then" he decided, laughing again and shaking his head. He looked down at Utakata curiously at this new piece of information, frowning slightly. "Really? That's terrible. . . " he said quietly, looking back up at the man on the piano. As if enough hadn't happened to this man, here he was, screwing with his marriage, which although didn't seem to be that great, it was still there. He had the urge to talk to Teioh now, about everything that had happened to him, wanting to be able to make him feel better. There was no way somebody could have gone through so much like all of this and be fine with it. He was deep in thought now, looking up at the brunette on stage with a thoughtful but serious expression.

Utakata nodded in agreement when Zach said it was terrible. He himself had to think about it a little, Teioh had never ever been depressed about anything in his life until he was hitched to Mariko. He had always been incredibly happy and he had honestly acted as though none of this stuff had bothered him, and they had all been happy to listen to that. Utakata very honestly thought that all the stuff that had happened when he was to little to even remember it was stuff that really didn't bother him. He lived with a very happy family, had amazing friends, a life anyone could want, on top of his incredibly good looks, Teioh had it made. The little things like what happened before he was adopted or the day he had almost been raped and killed in an alley, they all seemed to not bother him whatsoever... probably because they didn't interfere with his life at all.

The piece ended faster then Utakata thought it would, or maybe he had just been so lost in thought that he hadn't noticed, none the less, the orchestra stopped playing and everyone clapped. Including himself as he sat up straight and took his hand out of Ichiru's. Everyone left for intermission but he stayed seated as he watched Teioh look around before slipping down off the stage into the pit. He walked the short distance and sat down on Ichiru's lap. "Hey guys, you enjoying yourselves?" he asked looking at each of the three of them. Utakata rested a hand on Teioh's knee, laughing, "Well duh. Of course we are, we get to sit here and stare at you while you make wonderful music. It's a shame we can't see your hands from here." Utakata said with a bright smile. Teioh just gave him a look, "You say that as though you can't just come over any time you want and watch me play whatever you want me too." he said before the three of them laughed slightly. Teioh threw his arms around Ichiru and Utakata pulling the two of them into a hug. He smiled brightly at Zach as well, "And how about you, you like it to right?" he asked unable to help the incredibly happy attitude he was giving off.

Zach noticed that Utakata seemed to be lost in thought as well, and he couldn't help but wonder what the other man was thinking about. He couldn't believe Teioh had gone through all of this, and still seemed to have enjoyed his life, until he got married that is. The song ended and Zach focused on the stage again, applauding along with everyone else, smiling slightly. It really was beautiful music. The intermission started, and he saw Teioh leave the stage, guessing where he was going almost instantly. It was the same place he would have gone as well. In very little time, the brunette was there, seated on Ichiru's lap, looking very happy. It was nice to see that, compared to the last time he had seen him. When he had left Teioh, he himself was crying, and he knew the other man was upset as well. He grinned when Teioh asked if they were enjoying the show, looking between the three of them. He nodded in agreement with Utakata's answer, seeing as that was exactly what he was doing. He couldn't help but wonder if Shiro knew what he was doing, but he figured the little boy wouldn't know if he was staring or not. He watched as Teioh hugged his friends, smiling when the brunette's gaze turned to him. "Yeah, it's great" he said, giving a slight laugh, "You were right when you said you guys are good. . . best music I've heard in a while" he said truthfully, running a hand through his hair. He had the radio on in the car when he was alone, but he couldn't stand most of the music played. It was more things that his sister listened to than he did.

Teioh smiled, "Glad to hear that, I knew you'd like it." He said with a laugh. He looked around and saw his family up on the second level and waved to them getting very enthusiastic waves back from Kuro and Ao. Mariko smiled and she looked surprisingly happy despite who Teioh was with. Shiro smiled to but it was very easy to read how upset he was even this far away from him. "I like the second half of this symphony better though, I don't know why, I just find it more fun and the ending is fantastic." He said with a laugh.

He heard someone speak behind him from the aisle saying his name. He turned around and saw his parents standing there. It was a shame to see them getting so old with graying hair and wrinkling faces but they were still the same people he had grown up with. He knew he looked absolutely nothing but didn't care they were his parents and that was that. He stood up towering over both of them. He bent down slightly as he pulled both of them into a hug. Utakata said hello too and the greeted Utakata and Ichiru. Teioh's mom looked at Zach then back to her son. "Who's that? A new friend?" she asked looking at Teioh. His father furrowed his eyebrows slightly but he said nothing.

"Yeah, that's Zach, he saved my butt a couple days ago. I haven't gotten any new friends in the past while, it's good to meet new people." He said with a laugh holding his mom to his side and smiling at Zach. Hoping he wasn't to bothered by this. He already knew what his father was thinking but he knew he wouldn't say a word, especially since there was no proof that they had done anything together. "Zach, these are my parents." he said his arm still wrapped around his mom's shoulders his other hand now resting on his dad's shoulder. His mom looked at Teioh again, "And Teioh we won't be seeing you afterwards, so say hello to Mariko and the kids for us." she said with a smile. Teioh just nodded and smiled not saying anything else on that small matter.

Laughing slightly as well, Zach couldn't help but be glad that Utakata and Ichiru were there. It was less awkward than he was sure it would have been if it was just him. He glanced up to Teioh's family when the brunette waved to them, seeing his family easily, seeing the first smile he had seen on the silver haired boy. He was quite happy to see that Teioh's wife didn't look upset. He looked back to the tall man when he started speaking again. "Yeah? I look forward to it then" he nodded, trusting that the end would be spectacular now. Not that he thought it would be anything but in the first place. He looked around when he heard an unfamilliar voice saying Teioh's name, his eyes resting on a couple who Teioh went straight to. He figured they were his adoptive parents, by the way he greeted them, and the fact that he didn't know who else Teioh would be knowing who were that age. He smiled slightly when they said hello to the brunette's childhood friends, before his adoptive mother's gaze turned to him. It was interesting to see Teioh standing next to his parents like that, seeing as they looked nothing alike clearly, since they weren't actually related. He smiled when he was introduced, giving a small smile and a wave. "Hello. It's nice to meet you" he said with a smile and a nod, looking between them. He had no idea what these people would think of him, but he hoped it wasn't anything too bad, seeing as they clearly knew how the brunette was as a child. He liked to think that everybody wasn't thinking that he had slept with Teioh, but he was also feeling rather paranoid on the matter.

"It's nice to meet you too, Zach." Teioh's mom said with a smile and a small, polite bow to the gorgeous young blond. Teioh father looked at him too, "Likewise." he said with a smile. He turned to his wife who in turn looked up at Teioh at the look she got from her husband. "Well we're going to go back to our seats." She said with a small smile. She gave Teioh a smile and hugged the tall man and he hugged her back before giving his father a hug and waving the two of them away. Clearly they had come for a completely different part of the hall and had just happened to see Teioh sneak over to his friends at the beginning of the intermission. They walked away and Teioh took his seat again on Ichiru's lap.

"So you guys going to come see me after the show too? Because you know how bored I get waiting back there by myself." He said with a laugh ruffling Utakata's hair earning a small huff of disapproval from the short man. he glanced at his watch for a moment he still had a few minutes left before he had to get back up on stage. He did wonder how Zach felt about being around him again. Teioh himself was far from bothered by it, it was just in his personality not to care and it was always better to act as though nothing had happened in the first place, it brought less attention to them if they just acted like friends. Utakata nodded, "Of course we're coming to see you afterwards." He said looking from Ichiru to Zach and back to Teioh. Teioh nodded then looked at Zach, "How do you know this guy?" he asked, jerking his thumb in Utakata's direction, still rather confused as to why he was acting all buddy, buddy with the short man.

Zach smiled brightly at the two, the expression coming easily, thanks to his job. His first thought when meeting anybody that knew Teioh now was if they would suspect or not, which he felt like an idiot for. Although he had seen Teioh's father's eyebrows furrow, and he couldn't help but feel bad. Pushing his stupid thoughts aside, he watched the tall brunette hug his parents before they left.
