A Rescuer needed (open to all)

When Angel showed her the tattoo. "Yes he betrayed that one, I remember a phone call, he told whoever was on the other line where they would be" She looked up at him "Are you out?"

"I was an very well experinced theif and I worked with an group who our boss was I don't know we never meet him. He didn't aree with what we did with all of the extra money." He smiks and says, "So I quit and later I found out a lot of my old group and friends had been assassinated that is when I returned home and found you." He sits on the edge of her bed. "And for those that aren't dead the are missing."

Jessica nodded. "I am glad you got out" She took another sip of the pop then looked up at him. "Hearing that they are missing does not make me feel better, Herbert screwed them over and they will hunt me down to repay his debt. As will the other ones, they dont care that I am not even of his blood. I am his collerateral., he doesnt pay his debts, which he didnt, ,or he screws them over which he did I am the payment"

Angel glares at her. "Not anymore." Angel looks out the window and then he grabs Jessica's empty tray and moves away from her bed. He walks back to the couch and lays down on it. "So what am I looking foward to when you heal all the way up is their some ugly chick or are you an hottie." Angel says with an huge smile on his face trying to see if he could get an smile out of Jessica and hopefully an change of subject.

Jessica nodded a sign that she understood what he was saying. She watched him sit down on the couch then laughed as he asked the question. "And why would you want to know?" She went to wink at him but the swelling hadnt gone done enough instead she pointed to her personal affects. "In the bag there is a photo of me just before my father shipped out and that is how I look when I am not beaten up you tell me if I am ugly or a hottie"

Angel grabs the pick and says, "Wow you are... just ugly. I shouldn't even let you come home with me." Angel laughs out loud. But the whole time his mucles were tense. Although he manged to smile he put the picture back and says, "I think you are just beautiful he takes her hand his grip was a little tight as if he was holding something back."

Jessica blushed as he spoke. She noticed that he was tense and wondered why. As he called her beautiful she blushed even a deeper red so her ears burned. She looked up at him as he gripped her hand slightly wincing from the pressure. "Whats wrong Angel" She looked up at him wondering what was going through his head.

Angel instantly realized how hard he was squeezing her hand and let go. "Oh I am sorry Jessica I didn't mean to squeeze you hand that hard." He strokes the side of her face. "Go to sleep you have had along day and the next day is going to be even longer."

Jessica rubbed her hands. "Thats alright Angel, but tell me whats wrong." As he stroked her face she closed her eyes. She didnt want to go to sleep but she wanted to know what had caused the change in him. "Wil you tell me tommrow what you saw, you saw something in my picture that caused this change in you" She then hit the Morphine botton and fell asleep again.

Angel went outside and down to his car he was furious he couldn't belive that someone would abuse someone so nice so beautiful so genorus. And yet Herbert found it in himself to beat her and abuse her. Angel was so full of rage he punched an hole in the parking lot next to his car. He broke two knuckles in the pavement. Then he returned to the room with his hand wraped in some gaze he found in his car he layed down on the couch in Jessica's room and dozed off.

Jessica fell asleep and slept with minumal waking she would just hit the Morphine botton and then would fall back asleep. Slowly her body was healing itself. She had pain in her legs but that was a good thing it meant that Herbert had not paralized her.

When she woke in the morning she blinked and attemped to speak but her mouth was dry. "Angel" she managed to squek out before leaning back on the bed. But she did noticed the bandage and pointed to it with a questioning look in hereyes/

Angel leaps up after hearing his name he ignores Jessica as she points to his hand and says, "What do you want me to get you to drink. You want another soda some water maybe some tea. Yeah that will help your thorat more than anything else I can think off." He dashes out the room and returns a few minutes later with some tea for her throat. He gives it to her that should heal your throat." He sits down as she drinks it. "You shouldn't use to much of the morphine it gives you a lot of cotton mouth." He runs his fingers through her hair and stops as his hand was on her cheek.

Jessica nodded when he suggested a tea. When he returned she sat up and took the tea then she looked back at him. And sipped her tea closing her eyes as it ran down her throat. Then she opened her eyes set down the tea then looked at Angel "What happened to your hand Angel" As he stroked her hair she leaned into it as a kitten leaning into a stroke.

Angel ignores the question again. His hand on her warm cheeck and he would forget everything he wanted to do an then he moves his hand down to the small of her back and ushers her body to sit up. "Time to try and walk again." He says as he helps her out of the bed. "Come on you can do this." He takes her waist and leads her to stand up.

Jessica noticed that he ignored the question but decided to let it slide clearly it was something that he wasnt willing to talk about. She still thought it was something big but when he touched her face she momentalily forgot all about that. As he sat up she whimpered. "I dont know if I am ready" But she stood and with his help took a couple of steps.

Angel still holding her waist. "Does it still hurt?" He held her softly and then stood up with her his hands on her waist he stood right behind her he was so close to her that his nose touched the top of her head. "Then an nurse walked in and says, "Oh I am sorry." She then walked out of the room and closed the door. It was at that point in time Angel realized what they looked like and instantly he swooped her up and laided her back on the bed.

Jessica nodded when he asked her if it hurt. "It does but as you can tell I am one strong chic" She winked at him and slightly stuck out her tongue and bite it. She tried to take another step but pain shot through her body like a bolt of eletricity.

She felt his nose against the top of her head and grinned slightly. But as a nurse walked in and then promptly walked out next thing she knew she was being placed back on the bed. "What happened?" She was talking about why she was back on the bed.

Angel looks at her and says, "You are still in a lot of pain when you try to walk you don't need to go through anymore pain." He sits on the edge of her bed and places his hand on her cheek and says, "Tonight I will hold that morphine button and you will try to sleep with out it." He takes his other hand reaches for the morphine button and takes he winced in pain a little he had two broken knucles and they hure ever so often espcially when he moved them.

Jessica nodded. "Alright Angel" She smiled "I am getting a bit better though" She leaned back and closed her eyes. The pain was still there but she had to just keep reminding herself that the pain meant she was getting better.

As he placed his hand on her cheek she opened her eyes. She didnt like his plan she wasnt sure she could sleep with all the pain. "All night?" She noticed him wince and pressed the botton on the side of herbed and the nurse came in. She nodded toward angel "He has injured his hand can something been done about it?"

Angel glared at the nures and cut his eyes at Jessica. "Take your morphine." He then turned his head back to the nurse. "I am fine I broke two knuckles I am just feeling some waves a pain." He escorts the nurse out and then lays on the couch. "Go to sleep we have another long day and you leave on the day after." Angel closed his eyes and turned his back and went to sleep.

Jessica took the morphine botton but didnt press it she watched him take the nurse out then lay on the couch and turn his back to her she sighed. "Was just trying to help Angel" Painfully she turned over and turned her back to him and tried to sleep herself.

Angel wakes up the next moring. He stood up and streatched he noticed an sleeping Jessica. He looked out the room as he heard roaring Harley's flying down the street. He instantly knew what was going on. He gabed his guns and opens the door to their room and when an nurse came by Angel grabed her arm and says, "Can we go ahead and check out." The nurse shook her head and says, "Yes." Angel smiles and nodds the nures on. He turns as he realized an praking lot full of empty Harley's. He hears people coming down the hall way. He baracades the door with an couch and table then he opens the window and back up to the door and runs snatches sleeping Jessica out of the bed and dives out the window. He fall about five stories before grabing the next ledge.

Lizabeth had gone through the night without her morphine. But it was a difficult sleep. She was still in pain but she had delt with pain before so why would this be any differeent. She would just work through it. She had woken a few times and had seen Angel sleeping there that made her feel safe so she would fall back asleep.

Suddenly she felt as if she was flying through the sky her eyes popped open and she let out a silent screem and looked up who had her, seeing Angel she burried her face into his neck and closed her eyes tight. She knew that he would explain things when he could.

Angel was hanging from the ledge when he heres an pop in his shoulder. He lets go of the ledge and swithches the arm that is carring Jessica and grabs the ledge two stories lower. And pulls himself through the window. He runs out the door and down the stairs and cheeks Jessica out and picks up her morphine pills and runs out the side door with her on her shoulder. He places her in his car and whips out of the parking space until his car comes to an screeching stop he looks up and sees two huge men they both have the back of his mustang. Angel looks at Jessica. "Stay here." He unlocks his door opens it and locks it he takes off his guns and gives them to Jessica if anybody gets to close aim and shoot." He takes off his vest and shirt under it and shows off his muscles. He squares off with the two rhino sized beast in the parking lot.

Jessica was still unsure what was happening around her she kept coming in nd out of concious. She had no idea what was going on around her. Next thing she knew she was being placed into a car. She wanted to ask what happened and where were they going but it seem like it wasnt the time. She closed her eyes they were going too fast.

As he handed her the gun and then left her she trembled and looked all around she watched him as he faced what ever he needed to beat Jessica squinted but couldnt see. What was going on?
