Wipe my existence clean (Topic open to anyone)

"Well, something like the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, so if you look at a compass on a map or just have a compass, then east is on the right of north and west is on the left, so....I guess if you know what way you're looking, be it east or west, you could determine the direction of things." But that was what he assumed. He didn't know if it worked because he never had to try it. Now would be a good time, he supposed.

"Ya...i'm not stupid I knew that...I meant right now." Cayden said with a frown giving Azumi a look that said wow-you'r-dumb. The silver haired man pinched the bridge of his nose and let out a sigh.

"Okay, fine," Azumi said, waving it away. He wasn't thinking as clear as he'd have liked and his whole body, human and robotic part ached. He was sure the human parts hurt because of whatever had happened back in the apartments, and the same went for the robotic parts, though they weren't fixed all the way, so of course they ached. He couldn't feel or touch things mostly, but he certainly could feel pain on the inside of his body. Half the wires inside were probably shot, and the actual bones in his body were crushed. That was certainly annoying.

Cayden sighed, "If you wanna sleep you can. It might be a good idea especially if you're so broken..." He suggested, though he doubted Azumi would just because Cayden was pretty sure that Azumi didn't trust him... Though that would have to change quickly if he planned on tagging along with Cayden.

"I'm okay," he retorted, not wanting to sleep and not ultimately sure on how much Cayden could be trusted. Maybe he'd just leave him here while he was out or he'd do something else, whatever that was. He didn't know him to know what he would or could do, so he didn't really want to risk anything bad.

Cayden sighed, "what if I got to sleep first?" he asked scratching the back of his head, "It's a good idea if we get sleep, I'm not an idiot, I know what I'm saying and you know that, I'm not about to up and leave some random half broken guy in the middle of a forest to die."

Azumi didn't see another choice, and what would he say or suggest otherwise if he denied this suggestion from Cayden? He couldn't think of anything, so he reluctantly agreed. "Fine, it sounds fine." He laid back, waiting for Cayden to sleep first. He didn't know how much he could trust him, but if Cayden had offered first, he knew he could do the very least and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Cayden fell back with a sigh and closed his eyes, "Alright then. G'night." he said and it really didn't take him long to drift off to sleep, despite the uncomfortable conditions.

Azumi watched carefully to make sure he wasn't being tricked or fooled in any way. Cayden seemed to be asleep soon enough, and he wondered if he was faking, but he was trusting him, so he dropped off to sleep once he'd relaxed and cleared his mind enough.

Cayden slept for who knows how long, when he woke up though it was incredibly dark, to the point where you almost couldn't see your hand in front of your face. He sighed and looked up at the sky through the tops of the trees, it was beautiful, glistening with stars, he decided to just look at them for a while not really wanting to get back to sleep.

Azumi rolled in his sleep, no matter how painful and rough it was, he just didn't want to sleep on one side anymore. He thought he heard Cayden wake up for a brief moment before it went silent around them again, but he figured his mind might be playing tricks on him. Surprisingly Cayden was still here and really hadn't ditched him in the night, so assuming this was so far so good, he returned to sleep.

Cayden glanced at Azumi as he rolled over. Cayden got to his feet and using his power managed to jump to one of the higher branches of one of the trees, still using his power he kept the branch from snapping as he sat down on it. It was much to thin to actually hold his weight but that didn't matter to him. This shirt he was wearing blew slightly in the gentle breeze that wound its way through the branches, he didn't like the way it brushed against his sides, so he took it off and threw it to the ground not really caring where it landed, it may have landed on Azumi but he didn't care, he just wanted to stargaze for a while, it was something he had never had the chance to do.

Azumi woke up as something touched him or landed on him lightly. He wondered if it was Cayden, but then, why would he even think of doing something like that? Cayden didn't look like anyone who would touch another lesser being unless he absolutely had to. He looked to see a cloth on him, but it couldn't be anything other than the shirt he'd lent Cayden. So maybe Cayden was really running off on him after all? Why ditch the shirt? He sat up and shook his head, sighing. Maybe he'd come back, maybe he wouldn't, but Azumi couldn't really go back to sleep after knowing this. He'd watch the night for when he returned.

Cayden looked down at the ground and saw Azumi was up. He smirked, his white teeth glowing very slightly in the moonlight. "Sorry if I woke you up, you can go back to sleep." he said, wondering if Azumi would question how Cayden was able to sit on something that looked damn near like a twig a good fifteen feet in the air.

Azumi looked up quickly, startled by Cayden's voice that had appeared to come out of no where. Somehow the fact that he was up so high on something that couldn't possibly be as sturdy or stable as he was making it look didn't surprise him too much. He was sort of getting used to these surprises. "What are you doing?" he asked, wondering if he planned on leaving him at all.

"Watching the stars." Cayden replied smiling up at the sky, the moon light making his hair shine and his skin practically glow. He wondered if it was weird or not but didn't care, this is what he wanted to do, if people didn't like it they could shove it up their ass.

"Are they that interesting?" Azumi asked, looking up at them for himself. He'd always looked at them, but they were just there. He knew enough about space and the planets and stars and junk, but that was it. He could look at them and still just see them with no meaning except to glow in the night or early morning sky.

Cayden shrugged, "Well...when you've been locked up like I have for years and years...this kind of stuff is amazing." He said, "To someone like me...it makes you wonder are powers like mine actually that strange. Also...whether or not my powers stop at a global level or if I could actually be even more powerful then that...to a sort of...galactic level." He said looking at everything he could, though it bugged him the occasional flashing red light of an airplane in the sky.

Azumi thought about it, spinning the words in his head to make sense of them. They were almost sort of a philosophical type of thing, and yet they were also a sort of romanticist, idealist kind of thing. "I guess....just waiting for the answers would have to work for this case. Normally, just waiting isn't enough, and then it's too late. But to find that one out....it sounds more like waiting to see it really happen, even if you search for reasons or answers."

"I have no way of figure out the answer of that one, and I probably never will...I mean...I don't know if I can die of old age...but if I can then I would never be able to reach a galactic level of power...it would honestly take at least five hundred years for me to develop to the point where my powers would be able to affect the globe...So possibly two thousand to even have a chance of doing anything to a level as immense as a galaxy." He explained as he thought, his eyes never leaving the glowing sphere in the sky which lit up the night almost as much as the sun did the day. it was rather...mesmerizing.

Azumi looked to the sky, the moon was beautiful and captivating enough, and the stars, the small multiple lights in the sky, they worked too, but he never thought much about the night sky. Not as much as Cayden had been thinking. But then, he hadn't had as much time to sit there and think. Cayden had had well over a hundred years for all he knew to think this kind of stuff through. Or to know what he was missing. Azumi didn't, which was why he couldn't see it, he figured. He took this kind of stuff for granted, which was something he hadn't done when he'd first left the scientist. He needed to get back to appreciating the little stuff.

Cayden sighed and stood up on the branch which was only bending slightly under his weight, which was far to much for it to handle without support, which Cayden was giving it. He jumped up to a higher, thinner branch and had to really use his powers to keep from having the branch snap, it was going to take it's toll on him in a while and soon he'd have to go back down, but at least here there were no trees obscuring his view of the beautiful night sky, he looked down at Azumi, "If you can find a way up here I'll let you join me." He had to talk rather loudly to keep his voice from being stolen by the wind.

Azumi cocked his head to the side. He didn't think he was going back to sleep any time soon, so why not try and find a way to join him? His human limbs didn't feel as heavy as they had before, so he could move better at least. His robotic limbs would work too, but too much strain on them would have them start to lag or just not work at all. Climbing a tree shouldn't be too bad, but he'd be careful anyway. He stood at the tree, trying to pick the easiest way up. Finding it he proceeded to climb, mildly struggling up to Cayden's level.

Cayden laughed slightly, he loved to watch him struggle while climbing while Cayden had just had to jump up, "Be careful, don't break any branches, don't want you to kill yourself now." He said throwing his head back and laughing, he knew it wasn't possible for Azumi come up to the branches Cayden was in without falling and killing himself.

Azumi glared up at him through the darkness. He hadn't broken any yet, and even if and when he did he wouldn't kill himself (hopefully.) If he was up high enough he'd worry then, but he wasn't that high off from the ground, so probably just mild bruising and cuts and junk. Might mess with his loose limbs too. He was being careful enough, trying to pick the stronger branches. When it became evident that the thicker branches were quite scarce, he stopped and sat as close as he could to Cayden, which was a couple branches down. "I'm going this far only, how is that?"
