Prince for sale/

Chase couldnt and wouldnt disagree with her. Her old family did deserve every hardship that came upon them. He licked the spot on her neck where she had gently bit him and then kissed it. He smiled again seeing how red she got from his simple comments.

When he felt her nip at his skin he growled and held her close. "Mmm I could get used to that" He held her close and gently laid her down. "I am so happy that you bought me and not someone else"

Noticing he was smiling because of her blush only made her go a little more red before she leaned up nad kissed him softly as she was laid down. She gave a smile "I think I am as well now" she said smiling up at him happily as her fingers tangled themselves in his hair as she played around a little smiling softly at him as she did.

Still laying down with Amber Chase stroked her face gently. "How could anyone mistreat someone like you?" He bit his lower lip and smiled "You can always be happy here" He whimpered as he felt her fingers in his hair.

He then bent down and kissed her forhead gently " You are so beautiful" He then laid back down beside her and intwiend his fingers into hers and sighed contienly.

She moved into his touch and kissed his fingertips lightly before she moved a little closed to him and rested her head under his neck, she noticed him sitting up a little and turned her head to look at him blushing at his comment still and kissed his nose softly when he lay back down beside her “Hmm, and you’re so handsome, Chase” she smiled entwined her fingers gladly with his enjoying his closeness and settled her head back in the crook of his neck happily. “I already am Happy” she smiled very content and overly happy with being next to him at all and that he was acting a little more confident as well as well as him regaining his memories again.

She then jumped hearing the door open the queen giggling "oH dear am I interupting something, we are having a ball tonigt and Amber dear your dress is already for you as well" she smiled a rather red Amber bolted up before the queen started spekaing a little embarassed. "Honestly son, pick the right time next time" chuckled his father appearing.

Loving their alone time Chase smiled and let her kiss his finger tips and snuggle into him. He chuckled as heheard her call him handson he shook his head and was about to answer her and let her know that she was doing so much better even in the short time that he had been here, he hoped that she would continue to get better. He knew that eventually all the memories would come back but he was just happy to be with her.

All to soon it was interuptted by his mom. He jumped up pulling her up in the process. He was a deep red andwas looking at his feet. He then shrugged looking at his mom. "I wasnt thinking we were not doing anything bad" He was still a red. but then smiled "HA now you HAVE to get a new dress" He stuck out his tongue to the amazment of his mom he explained "She is a bit shy accepting gifts" He said. "But now she doesnt have a choice"

She smiled a little as he chuckled and snuggled into him a little mroe ebofre his mother interuted both were quite red and his father reamined chuckling in the background. " Honestly, you are as bad as your father Chase" said the queen smiling a little to herself, she really did like Amber. She jumped a little and looked to Chase giving a light frown bu soon giggled "Hmm, ok already but you aren;t to see until later" she said to him knowing she had no choice this time. "Well your father, when he has stop chuckling will take you to sort out your suit while Amber will be coming with me, to sort out her dress" she said clearly enjoying having a young women to help get dressed up, especially one who wasn't exactly used to it either.

"See you alter Chase" she said giving him a quick peck on the cheek before standing up to go follow his mother who already had plenty picked out and made, "Come on son, we have to get our suits ready, no arguing with your mother either" he said finally stopping his chuckling.

Chase as at a lost for words, he didnt think they were doing anything wrong. He hugged her then laughed as he heard her coment. "Many more dresses are to come sweet Amber" He didnt like to not be able to see her before but sighed he knew that Amber was likely just wantinng to surprise him all done up nice.

Looking at his dad he licked his lips. "Alright" He walked with his father to get suited up

His father dragged him to Chase's room since the two women had taken over the king and queens bedrooms,mostly with the array of dresses the queen had picked out. Pulling out the suits he then remebered soemthing "You remember how to dance?" he asked otherwise he'd need a rather quick lesson at least, something he should've thought of earlier although they had a few hours anyway.

Amber meanwhile had the queen rushing around trying to pick dresses for herself find Amber, loving every moment of it, some of the maids helped narrowed it down and soon they ended up with a long, deep red dress that suited her very well. "Oh you look darling" said the queen happily holding her hands together smiling as she wore her own dress. Amber found ehr old locket in her room and click it aorund her neck looking in the pendant at the blank spaces... nothing. She took a deep breath and soon the maids were doing her hair up before the night began.

The king still gave him a quick dance lesson and then headed to go see the two girls finding them both in the king and queens bedroom talking a little and both turned. "Well, don't you tow look handsome, isn't that right Amber?" she smiled and she nodded standing up with the queen as they looked at the two of them.

With one last look at Amber Chase was lead out the door, he wished he could stay but knew that he couldnt, it wouldnt be right so he followed his dad and got washed and then put in the suit, felt odd having servents doing these things again but was reminded that the servents would think they had upset him if he didnt allow it.

When the dancing was brought up he sighed "I think I remember" He said blushing a little, having a quick lesson just to refresh he then was ready.


Once he was lead upstairs again and saw Amber his mouth dropped open. "Amber you look" He paused and walked to her. "Compely Amazing, not that you were not before but I just cant get my eyes off of you" He took her hand and kissed it gently. "I might just buy all your dances tonight" He winked and then turned to his mom and bowed. "Mother" He bowed to Amber "Mi lady"

His mother giggled while his father gave a chuckle “they bother remind me of us when we were young” smiled the queen “you look very handsome” she said pecking him gently before the couple walked out “Come on you two, enough of the flirting” said the King walking out as he lead the queen down to the ball.
Amber let Chase lead her down a little red after his reaction and words “I don’t even know if you can do that” she said giggling a little.

Down at the ball Sapphire and her mother were there hoping to snag someone poor rich guy to marry Sapphire, in fact they were still aiming for Chase. Everything was soon in full swing with Amber getting asked to dance a lot she shook her head wanting to finish her drink first. Sapphire soon found Chase beginning her usual flirting with him.

Chase blushed slightly as his mother calledhim handsome. He nodded and offered his arm to Amber but when she didnt take his arm he walked a little infront of her as the guards walked in behind her. He turned and grinned. "I might get a little jelous if I see another man with you Amber"

Once they were down he scanned the room. He didnt see Sapphire right away or they would had been kicked out. He watched Amber dance with other men and he found it hard but since it looked like she was enjoying herself so much he let her have her fun.

Amber refused msot dances only dancing when they jsut wouldn't leave her alone, after her last dance she stayed to the side avoiding the men so she didn't ahve to dance with them, she enjoyed dancing yes but that was all. Sipping her drink quietly she noticed Chase and went over "enjoying yourself?" she asked him curiously.

She wore a red and silver painted mask as she looked up the slight flick at the end of her voice made it easy to tell it was her, she could recgonise Chase very well too. "Going to ask em to dance?"

Chase felt like a foold when he finally relized that the girl he had thought was Amber wasnt her. He finally found her and frowned at the men not leaving her alone, he didnt like how she looked. She didnt look happy.

When she came to him he bowed. "Enjoying myself watching all of this" He shrugged "One thing I do not miss was all of this" He frowned then grinned at her question. "Not them but you" He offered his hand "I could tell that you did not like to dance but what about with the prince?"

"it's not that I don't like it, rather I'm terrible at it" she said taking his hands "I might step on your toes" she warned him smiling at him and letting him lead ehr to the floor for the next dance, she could feel the jelous glares of other girls that had been waiting pateintly to dance with him in hopes he would ask. "Here less than a day and your already popular with the ladies" she joked with him.

Chuckling Chase took her. "I doubt you are terrible at it" He bowed his head to her "If you telp on my toes you will just rub them better latre" He teased tryingto make her blush.

He shook his head at her coment "They may want me but I only have eyes for one woman, she is beauitful and gentle but has a bit of a stubbron streak to her" He wondered if she would get that he was talking about him.

She blushed a little and stuck her tongue out a little playfully at her "No I won't. I gave you fair warning" she said to him as she took his hand and put another on his shoulder dancing with him careful not to step on his toes as they danced. She looked to him guessing who he was talking about "I am not stubborn Chase" she said to him as they danced nearly stepping on his toes by accident. "and you would think so if you looked to all the watching women" she said laughing a little.

Chuckling softly Chase touched her cheek softly as they danced. "Yes but you hate to see me in pain" H winked beneth his mask and danced with her. "You dance beautifully"

He had to smile when she denied being stubbrone, "You are so my lovely one" When the song finally ended he escorted her to his fathers side then noticed all the other women watching him.

He wanted to leave, but it was his ball, for returing so he couldnt. He inwardly groaned as he noticed an older woman pushing a younger one towards him, clearly a mom wanting her daughter to marry him.

"See I was right you ahve become the ladies man since you came back" she smiled at him noticing another women and her mother also heading that way the flirtioues younger women trying to charm him a little and the older owmen glaring at the other women and her daughter. thewomen certiantly were lining up to marry him that was for sure and Amber could not help giggling along with his mother "you are quite right Amber, he really is like his father when he was younger" she smiled and AMber giggled still.

Chase rolled his eyes behind the mask, he didnt want to do this, but it was his duty. He bowed to the ladies and offered his hand.

Sapphire took it and gave a menecing look to Amber. Chase noticed her eyes and raised an eyebrow. "The Lady Amber saved my life so I would recommend that you do not glare at her as such as my family as more or less adopted her she is under their protection. "

Sapphaire giggled and shook her head "I wasnt glaring my lord" Chase let it slid for now and let her dance with him. All he could think of was Amber.

Amber looked to Sapphire she could sense that menacing glare and ignored her, instead she asked the younger lady there if she would like to get something with her while she waited, she nodded wanting to get away from her mother for a little as would any young lady. They got themselves drinks and talked a little. Amber was a little worried about the women Chase was dancing with though; she gave off the same impression as her sister.
When the dance finished Amber and the other young lady went back to where they were before “Enjoy yourself…” she said so tempted to bring up that all the ladies were fawning over him now which did make her giggle at times already, once he was off on the next dance she went outside for a bit to get some air. She stayed outside for a little humming to herself a little.

Chase was getting more and more frustrated as Saphire went on and on about nonsense stuff. He found it laughable that she really thought that he would not remember how she had treated him and Amber. He simply nodded and let it slide it was clear that Saphire seemed to think she could hide under the mask.

He had seen Amber leave and frowmed. But when he saw her return he grinned. He had tuned out Saphire most of the dance and when it was over he returned ot Amber "I dont think she knes that I know her what do you think"

"yeah, I don't think she'd noticed either" she smiled at him, you looked like you were bored out of your brains" she said giggling a little. She tugged a little bit of her hair down " Want to have the last dance for tonight with me?" she asked him knowing that women weren't usually the ones that asked but she didn't really care about that too much. Sappire's mother was also there telling ehr to go ask again, both fo them had porbably noticed Amber but she didn't care at all.

Although he could feel tons of eyes on him Chase smiled and stroked her face hitting mostly mask. He nodded "Girls all want me not for me but to be a princess" He shook his head "Their mothers push them on me for the same reason"

"I will gladly dance with you" He took her hand and danced with her much to the grumbling of everyone. His father to quiet down the crowd promised another banquet at the end of the month"

She heard the grumbling and noticed his father quietening them all down and his mother helping as well. "I know that, but don't forget I knew you before anyone knew you were Prince at all" she said smiling at him "and I know how those girls feel to some extent,hence why I kept trying to escape those meetings with them" she giggled a bit as she danced with him. SHe heard what his father said about another banquet at the end of the month "Well you'll have to do this agian at the end of the month anyway so you might need to get used to it" she whispered to him.

When the dance finished several people were heading home in the carriages chattering having enjoyed the night the girls having danced with Chase wondeirng fi they had a chance to become a princess. Especially Sapphire.

He groaned under his breath hearing that he would have to do thisagain, but he also knew it was his duty. He smiled down at her. "And you are the only one that treated me good" He stroked his cheek as they danced and looked into her eyes. "Maybe we can steal away and have some privancy tonight"

When the dance ended he bowed to everyone as they left and kissed the womans hands as was required. He then returned to Amber. "Mi-lady" He offered his hand to her.
