Ryota nodded as she spoke, trying to commit it to memory, which really wouldn't work for him. "Meh, I've survived so many things that should have been fatal. . . I'm sure I'd be fine. . . if only I could find a scorpion to get it from. . . ugh" he sighed, adding the finalizing details onto his picture before putting the pencil down on his stomach and looking at the picture. "Perfect" he said with a smirk. He loved the picture of him stabbing Tobi, especially all the blood seeping out of the wound.

"I doubt it...." Nami told him, sighing lightly. "Nobody would make it without the antidote. Clearly you do not have any sort of possession of an antidote. Scorpions would be found in Sunagakure." Sunagakure.... her father's old place. Maybe her mother's, too, but she wasn't sure on that part. SHe rolled her eyes as Ryota grinned at his paper of him killing Tobi. Well, whatever.... it was his sketch book.

Ryota rolled his eyes. "Of course I don't have an antidote, but with you and your dad around, you never know" he said smartly, nodding. Scorpions were found in Suna? He still probably wouldn't be able to find one. "Wait. . . what would I need an antidote for anyways? I'm TRYING to kill him! Not cure him!" he was completely oblivious, as always, and he just had to make everything more complicated, when it was all very simple.

"You need the antidote for yourself," she informed him. "In case something happens, and most of the time something does, you need the antidote for yourself." Of course thousands of idiots had died because they had been careless enough not to bring an antidote to the poison, and had ended up getting stung or bit or something, and then they'd die of the poison. "Antidotes are good to have on you when you work in the field of poison," she said shrugging, not really knowing what else to tell him. "You wouldn't want to die trying to kill someone else, would you?"

"What so you're saying that I'm stupid enough to get stung or something?" Ryota asked, looking offended, though he knew it was completely true. "Well. . . I don't work in the field of poison. . . so I don't need antidotes. Who would work in a field of poison anyways? That's a really stupid thing to do. . . and nothing would grow in it!" he said, thinking about an actual field of plants or something.

Nami tried to stutter an apology when he asked if she thought he was stupid. Of course she did, and he knew it, plus he knew that he was too, but her stupid emotions were getting the better of her. She stopped abruptly as he said nothing would grow in it. He though a field of poison was an actual field? "Um...Ryota, you can't decide whether you are stung or not, and a field of poison means the job of it...." If a field of poison existed, he'd probably try and push Tobi in first chance he got.

Ryota smiled sheepishly and laughed. "Heh. . . oh. . . I knew that" his smile widened slightly, though he felt extremely stupid. Really, who called their job a field? That just made no sense. . . really people were just trying to confuse him. "And yes I can decide weather I'm stung or not, because scorpions should know better than to sting me. . . all animals and insects know better than to mess with me" he said, nodding. "Most people, too" all the people who actually knew who he was, really. Which was. . . a bunch of dead people. Unless they saw his cloak, and then they'd obviously know not to mess with him, unless they lived under a rock and didn't know who the Akatsuki were.

"Animals or insects would not know better than to attack you. When they attack, it is mainly because of self defense." How did he think that creatures that were not human know better than to attack him? Really, they only did that out of protection or something. Animals didn't really go around from person to person or thing to thing and attack them, just because they were bored or something. What Ryota thought was more like saying, a dog should know how to love their master the second they see them, just because they should. Dogs are given a reason, it is not just because someone assumes so.

Ryota raised an eyebrow, frowning slightly. "Nah, they've gotta be smarter than that! C'mon, a 6'3" blonde idiot tries to go near them, they should know that if they hurt me I'll kill them" he said, having too much expectations from creatures that's brains were about the size of a peanut, or a grain of sand, depending on what it was. "Really. . . isn't that just common sense? Don't hurt something a shitload bigger than you, 'cause it can kill you so damn easily?" he sighed, not sure why Nami thought that animals and bugs were that stupid.

Nami sighed again, looking at him with a new look that would clearly read off as why-do-I-even-bother? He should probably even be able to read it and understand it. "They don't think that. They only know something is threatening them and they must perserve themselves." She finished the last word with a note of end of story tone. She didn't care anymore, he wasn't worth the time to explain things, and still he would twist the truth to make him understand, but at the same time get it horribly wrong.

Ryota sighed, shaking his head. "Really. . . I don't see how they can think like that! Preserve themselves? What's the point? Life is art, and art is fleeting, so really, there's no point for them to save themselves, 'cause they're just gonna die anyways" he said, inoring Nami's tone that signalled the end of the discussion, and putting the information in a way that he understood all too well, about his art. Really anything could be explained by art, no matter what.

Nami didn't even bother saying anymore. With her emotions right now, she didn't want to see what happened. Probably the same, where she would get mad and beat him up, but she couldn't be too sure. She didn't want to try and risk further humiliation. Ryota enjoyed when she was like this. SHe wasn't going to let him see another emotion that had been locked away when she had become half puppet.

Ryota wasn't surprised when Nami didn't say anything, and he stretched out, bored as soon as the conversation stopped. There were footsteps, and he glanced up, seeing Hidan stick his head around the corner a bit hesitantly, obviously still thinking about Nami breaking his elbow, or whatever it was she did to him. "Ryota, it's your turn to go fucking shopping" Hidan said before pulling his head around the corner and the footsteps quickly faded.
"What the fuck? I'm expected to go buy crap for everyone while broken and bruised and bleeding?!" he groaned, running a hand through his hair.

Nami peered at HIdan as he poked his head from around the corner. He told Ryota it was his turn to do the shopping, which was a bad idea. Even though Ryota would get what was needed, he always bought a little more than what was suggested. Kakuzu was never a happy person when Ryota came back saying that he had bought more than what they needed. "I-I could help you, if you want," she offered, not sure why she had spoken up in the first place.

Ryota wasn't even sure why they sent him shopping anyways, since he always wasted Kakuzu's money, but he always had his turn, like everybody else. He glanced at Nami when she offered to help and he nodded, grinning. "You'd be coming anyways, since I'm dying" he said with a laugh, starting to get up. "Ugh, shit, do you know where that thing I used as a crutch went?" he asked, looking at the redhead hopefully. He had no idea where it had gone, and he knew he would need it, Hidan having re-broken his leg. It had probably gotten lost in his room anyways, even though Nami had cleaned it once, it was already messy again.

Nami got up to go and look around for it. She was almost sure the last place she had seen it was in his room, on the floor somewhere in one of the corners. She searched his room, finding it almost under the bed. She pulled it out and ran back to give it to Ryota. It was lifted for his size so high, she had to drag it. She handed it to him. "I can go around and ask for a list on what people need?" she said, so then they knew what they were supposed to get.While she was asking Konan, she could ask her to change the bandages on her wound. SHe could feel them getting slightly too moist from the blood.

Ryota waited for Nami to get back with his crutch thing, smirking slightly at the fact that it was taller than her, and she had to drag it. He took it and nodded at her words. "Okay, I'll try to practice using this thing" he said, making a face. He stuck the end of the crutch under his arm and grabbed it, trying to use it properly, keeping his broken leg off of the ground and 'walking' awkwardly around the room. It didn't really occur to him how strange he would look going shopping like this. He had a broken arm and a broken leg, and a bloody bandage wrapped around his middle, fully visible thanks to his fishnet shirt, plus the mouth on his chest was completely visible.

((he really would look weird like that. . . and i assume he would get weird looks anyways, so imagine it now XD))

"All right," she said as she walked off to ask people what they wanted. She found a piece of paper and a pen in the kitchen, wrote down some things her and Ryota needed, then headed off to the other Akatsuki member's rooms. Itachi wouldn't answer, so she had to wait for Kisame to show up, and Hidan wouldn't even go near her, so she had to listen to Kakuzu lecture her about not letting Ryota spend too much money like usual. She asked her father if he needed anything, he said no, of course, so she went to Pein's room and asked him what he wanted, then went to Konan. After getting the bandages changed she asked Konan what she wanted. No was she was going to ask Tobi or Zetsu what they wanted, and she didn't know where Deidara was, so she headed back to Ryota. The list wasn't too big, but it was enough for two people who happened to be injured and would give them a hard time lugging everything around and bringing it all back in.

Ryota hobbled around the couch as Nami went to the other people to see what they needed. He was going around the couch so if he started to fall he could either grab it or land on it, depending on his position, so it was better for him. He thought of what he would need from the store. Well, more like want. Most of it included chocolate. Well, all of it except the sketch book he needed and a new jar of pickles he wanted. He got tired after about five minutes of hobbling around in circles, so he dropped onto the couch, dropping the crutch on the ground and letting his head fall back, heaving a sigh.

"All done, Ryota.... Are you all right?" she asked as she walked in t see him drop onto the couch and sigh. "Um...are you ready to go? Can you walk with that all right?" She held out the list for him to check it over, asking him if there was anything else he would want. As long as it was nothing stupid and pointless, they could probably get it. What they mostly needed was food, so that would have to come above all else. Nami heard foot steps appraoching them, and she thought it was someone who had forgotten something and wanted to add it to the list, but when she saw it was only Deidara, grinning stupidly and exactly like Ryota, she asked what he wanted. She was somewhat surprised to hear that he wanted to tag along too.

Ryota glanced up as Nami walked in, and he nodded. "Yeah I'm fine. . . and I can walk just as well as I can normally, which isn't very good in the first place" he said with a grin. It was true, as sad as it was. He looked at the list, nodding in approval. He knew he would probably be denied what he wanted if he put it on the list, so he would bring it up spontaniously as they shopped. He glanced up again as his dad walked in, and he raised an eyebrow. "Why the hell would you want to go with us? Really, it's stupid, other than you have the power over what's in the house" he rolled his eyes, getting to his feet wincing at the pain in his stomach.

They headed out, Nami stayed away from Deidara and Ryota, not enjoying how loud they awlays were, or talking about the wrong kind of art. Seriously, when were they going to learn that art was eternal and not fleeting? And the only one who could walk without looking like they wer eholding back was Deidara. Ryota had those broken limbs holding him back from being annoying and hyper-- thank goodness-- and Nami had her wound inflicted from that silver haired nin, Kakashi, slowing her down. They were a mess, really, well, except for Deidara. She could see now that he had barely gotten touched in that battle.

Ryota was talking to his dad animatedly, walking as best he could with the makeshift crutch without falling. The best he could do at the moment was talk loudly, because of his broken bones and stab wound, though he longed to be able to run and skip again. This was his first time out of the base since he had gotten ingured, and it was nice to breathe in some fresh air after being stuck in there for a few months, even for him. "So where are we going anyways?" he asked, having no idea which way to go.

Nami looked up when she heard him ask where they were going. "Um... the nearest store, which ever village has one.... Kakuzu just said not to spend too much..." She hadn't actually gone shopping in a while, so she didn't remember where the last village she had gotten food from was. "We can just go and check the nearest village, I suppose...." she said, looking at a map she had taken before leaving. They would need it, because if they got lost, she couldn't rely on either of the blondes to help get back home.

Ryota nodded in approval. "Okay, so wer're pretty much just gonna wing it. My favorite kind of plan" he said with a grin. If there was no store in the nearest village, then they would probably just wander around trying to find one, which was what he would do anyways, though he normally got completely lost. He eventually found his way out, but it took him about an hour or two, him not thinking to bring a map with him.
