A Dream Come True AVATAR rp

Liz hugs him back the best she can with her newly formed arm. She says to him in Na‘vi, “He passed away in his sleep. The colony is going to let me stay and continue his work.” The guards help her to the place she was scanning three weeks ago and she does her best to do her job. With her arm part metal now, she was having issues moving it like a normal arm. It would take her a while to learn how to use her arm again.

he nodded and gave a small smile'' that is good you are a very smart lady.. i know you will exceed in his work'' he followed her, staying close this time to where he was constantly next to her, pointing out the flowers and plants that he knew where great in healing diseases. or atleast helped''.. that avatar program you spoke of weeks ago... what exactly is it?"

Liz scans each flower he points to and says, “The avatar program is where we grow bodies that look like your kind. But someone of my kind would actually be the one controlling the bodies. But only certain people would be able to control the avatar. Like say I was to be an avatar person. The Na’vi would look like me and I would be the only one to be that Avatar.”

he nodded slightly , still a bit confused but he understood most of it'' interesting.. you would be a beautiful na'vi'' he smiled slightly before lifting her up a little, allowing her to scan some of the plants that seemed to grow up along the side of the very large trees. '' that is an interesting program.. but why do it?"

Liz says, "Because my kind want to understand your kind more. Like I said some of my kind would love to learn your ways. With the Avatar program would help us do so a bit easier." She lets him pick her up and she scans the larger plants. She winces some as she moves her right arm.

he carefully put her back down , lightly rubbing her arm'' sorry didn't mean to hurt you.. and i can understand that.. when will they come to learn my people's ways?"

Liz says, “You did not hurt me Ares. My arm is just sore.” She looks in his eyes and says, “It takes us three months to get the Na’vi bodies full grown. Then we go through another three months to learn how to move the Na’vi bodies. So about six months. I will be one of the people who will be in the program.” (OOC: I will find a na’vi picture soon.)

he relaxed and nodded slightly '' sounds like hard work.. really ?" he was interested in that one before smiling again '' that will be ... interesting to see.. now i am really wanting to learn more about that.. how does it work? "

(Thinking of a reply...I don't play a straight guy very much...) Liz spends the next two hours explaining everything to him. The guards not exactly agreeing with her choice to tell him. She glares at them and explains every detail to him. After she is done with that, she says, “Any this way your people can learn about us more.”

he was leaning against the tree, taking in every word she was saying. glancing at the guards he turned back to her'' do they know na'vi too ?" he was just curious since they where speaking in his language and yet they seemed to be very aggitated with what she was telling him. he didn't know why. its not like he was going to use that information against her in some way.

Liz looks at him and says, "Only a little but I think they are smart enough to know what I am telling you." One guard says, "Liz we need to go. They still need a clean sample of your dna to start the growing process." She says, "I have to go Ares. The next time we see each other, I will be like you. You might want to tell your people that we are coming though." The guards lead her back to the gate.

he nodded as he followed her back making sure she gets there safely'' alright, i will explain to them what is going on.. i am sure they will be a little.. unsettled by it. but if it benefits us as well as your people they will do it. '' he shrugged as he smiled and watched her go into the gate'' i will be here every day , you should tell me when you will come out.. so i can escort you again ''

Liz nods and goes inside saying, “You will know which one is me. I will be wearing your necklace as well as one of my own.” for six months Liz learns how to control her Na’vi body inside a machine and watches it grow. Eager to see Ares in her Na’vi body. The other scientist learn from her how to speak Na’vi. When the time comes for them to go out into the forest, Liz can barely hold still. The gate opens up and they are let out slowly. Liz is the last to come out.

he had waited the months she had said it would take, and he had also prepared his people they where willing and like he had said before they where a little uneasy about it but thats only because they where nervous when it came to something new. but atleast they where going to get a chance to learn. it was in fact one of the great experiences they may have. He made sure he was at her colony just in time to see the gates open. he studied the lot of them, noting that they definitely looked just like his people before he spotted Liz, the last one out. smiling he leaned against a tree and waited. .

Liz smiles some as she sees Ares and she easily gets to his side. She says to him in Na’vi, “I see you Ares..” She smiles and gives him a hug. The others look at them and asks in crystal clear, “You know him, Elizabeth?” She nods and says, "He is the one that guarded my father and I on our scanning days."

he grinned as he hugged her back'' and i see you too '' he looked her over before glancing at her friends, stepping back slightly to watch them. '' are they ready to go to my colony?" he couldn't keep his eyes off of her, like he predicted she definitely looked good as a na'vi.

Liz nods and says, "Yes but they are a bit shy. So they probably won't talk much at first." She sees him looking at her and asks, "Is something wrong, Ares? You keep staring at me..." The others flick their tails nervously as they wait to be guided to the tribe's hometree.

he gave a sheepish smile'' nah. everything is fine. just admiring your new look Liz.. '' he eyed the others before giving a slight laugh'' shy huh.. well i am sure we can over come that.. come on then, the others are waiting to meet you . '' he took her hand lightly and began to head towards his hometree.

Liz smiles and motions them to follow as Ares guides them to his people. She was not shy at all because she knew he would always be at her side. The other look at her a moment as though they were looking for a reason why there was a connection between Ares and Liz.

he smiled as he glanced back at them before looking at her'' do they know the language as well as you do ?"he was curious as he moved quickly through the forest'' you seem to be good moving about.. the others however... are a little clumsy still'' he teased. he could hear them from a mile away tramping through the forest.

Liz looks at him and says, "They can speak your language but it is still hard for them to move. They are not as quick of a learner as I am." She motions them to be more quiet before they provoked some unwanted attention. They move quietly closer to her.

he smiled'' it is alright, you and they are here to learn are you not? moving like us is one of the things we shall teach you then. '' it didn't take him that long for him to reach a clearing before he spotted the very large tree that they called home tree'' this is my home.. we will live here during your teachings'' he glanced at her before he looked out again, letting her see the mass amounts of his people already coming out to see them.'' some of them are a bit skeptic as you would say. they are nervous of new comers.. but our leader has put out an order not to harm you or your people. so you are safe''

Liz nods and says, “That is understandable but the more we know about our two people, the easier the treaty will stay strong.” She looks at the other scientists and gives them a reassuring smile to help them relax. She then looks back at Ares and says, “I will be doing most of the talking on the behalf of my people.”

he smiled'' well alright, come on , let us go talk to my leader then,t hey are a bit eager to meet you . '' he lead them down from the large tree to go to the clearing, watching as the leader and his mate appeared.. '' this is the group i was telling you about. the ones that want to study our world. and have a treaty between us.''

Liz looks at the clan leader and bowed her head to him out of respect. His mate the speaker for Emya stabs her in the arm with a small bone to get a sample of her blood. She thinks, “This girl is not tainted by the madness of her people.” She asks in Na‘vi obviously testing her knowledge, “You want to learn to be like us, do you not?” Liz nods and says in perfect Na‘vi, “Yes our people wish to live in peace with yours. And knowing of each other will help us do so.”
