Adventure Away from the Den (open, mature)

This had to be the most beautiful sight she had ever seen. Although it was dark, the crystals on the ceiling of the cave seemed to light the place up with a bright blue glow. It was like glow worms, but the light was only emanating from the top of the cave, and the crystals looked more like long icicles. The crystals that were closer to the walls were the longest, some attaching to the floor of the cave and others just barely touching the floor.

As far as she was aware, she was by herself. She was in her partial werewolf form, so her hair was mostly covering her face as she walked on two legs, crossing her arms as she tried to stay warm. She hadn’t realised it would be so cold when she had made her way down here. She had found a cloak that somebody left behind on the path she took to get here, so she had that wrapped around her, as well as having black stretchy pants and a shirt on that she had to cover herself while in her human form.

As she kept walking, she seemed to notice it was getting darker. So, she decided to sit on one of the crystals that were kind of shaped into a seat. She didn’t have anything better to do, so she figured she could just sit in here for a while and just look at the pretty lights. They were blue, after all. Despite that her hair was red, her fur was white, and her eyes were green, but her favourite colour was still blue after all these years. It just seemed that blue fit her personality better... or so, that’s what she thought...

As he walked around the forest, scaling hills and a mountain to get to were he was now. A cave, he was not sure what was in it, or why a cave this size would be doing in a forest like this, mainly tail oaks, but it still stood tall and wide at the base of a small ledge. As he approached it he let lose a loud, deep howl, as he finished he looked on into the cave to hear his howl return to his ears. With a snarl, he slowly made his way inside the cave to seek some shelter, atleast for the time being.

His fur was matted heavily, scraggly around his stomach and neck, tail was knotted and bushy, very bushy. But his claws were sharp and long, his favorite weapon which he prized in being as razor sharp as possible. As he entered the cave he caught wind of a scent, but the scent was confusing, he did not know what it was he was smelling, so his interest peaked as he went in search of this smell.
